“Dr. Xu——” 0
This scene felt somewhat familiar. Fierce Eagle watched as Madwoman embraced Blue Face Hero, reminiscent of the time he descended to save Madam Wei. He fell freely. 0
“Don't worry about us!” Madwoman shouted to Fierce Eagle, shooting out her Chain spear to hook onto the wall. 0
With one arm holding the unconscious Blue Face Hero, her other hand gripped the Chain spear tightly against the wall, but soon she felt a painful tug on her wrist from the immense force. 0
“Ugh—” Madwoman suddenly tilted her head back, gasping for breath. Her hand twitched from the tearing pain, yet despite the agony, she tightened her hold on Blue Face Hero. 0
Due to the high speed of their fall, the Chain spear embedded in the wall could not escape inertia. Madwoman raised her face, anxiously watching her hooked Chain spear. 0
She feared that it would snap under the tremendous pulling force, but ultimately both Madwoman and Fierce Eagle sighed in relief—the Chain spear held firm. It left a deep and long gash in the wall as it stopped, supporting both Madwoman and Blue Face Hero. 0
“Xiaotian, hurry up! Don't just stand there!” Divine Fist shouted in the team channel. 0
No matter what, Fierce Eagle couldn't relax, but when he turned to look, he saw that Hydrogen Bomb Warhead had already broken free from the incomplete Heavenly Track, heading straight for the city! 0
“There’s no more Time!” Seeing him hesitate, Divine Fist wished he could fly up and punch him. 0
Although Madwoman's Chain spear was extremely durable and there was no immediate danger of falling to her death, it was connected to her flesh. The impact just now must have severely injured her wrist, and as they hung there longer, the wound would only worsen with increased tearing. 0
Madwoman had self-healing abilities, but she was caught in a cycle of tearing and healing; it would be less painful if her wrist were simply broken. 0
She needed someone to catch her now. If she couldn't hold on, Liu Xuan would... 0
But... 0
“No more hesitation.” Fierce Eagle spread his mechanical wings and soared towards the descending Hydrogen Bomb Warhead. 0
As captain, An Xiaotian had to choose between personal feelings and his teammates' lives. 0
He opened the team channel: “Immediately tell Aibo I need him to create a Time portal, as high and as large as possible, quickly!” 0
“We can't reach Aibo,” Nightmare said. “He didn't come by plane.” 0
“I can.” 0
The unique mature baritone of Xu Yicheng appeared in the team channel. 0
At that moment, five light laser cannon vehicles surrounded a double-decker bus carrying refugees, driving along the only escape route pre-established by the military. 0
The two laser cannon vehicles at the front flashed yellow warning lights to lead the bus. 0
Xu Yicheng focused intently ahead. 0
The refugees on board had fallen into a deep sleep; he held the steering wheel gently, slightly adjusting it to avoid disturbing their hard-won slumber as they turned onto an exit ramp with the laser cannon vehicles. 0
However, Liang Muqi stood beside him by the driver's partition glass. Hearing Xu Yicheng speak suddenly, he glanced over at him through the glass enclosure. 0
“I can summon him,” said Xu Yicheng, pulling out a small green stone from his pocket. 0
“That's good,” replied Fierce Eagle, letting out a light sigh of relief; just moments ago he had been on edge due to Nightmare's words, but now Xu Yicheng eased his mind. 0
But then, Xu Yicheng encountered a problem: when he connected with the Stone giant, his vision became unusually blurry while he was still driving. 0
Suddenly remembering that a traitor stood beside him who couldn’t sleep... 0
“What’s up?” asked Liang Muqi, noticing that Xu Yicheng turned to look at him with a fleeting gaze, thinking he was about to pick a fight. 0

"Drive, I have a situation," Xu Yicheng said. 0

Liang Muqi was taken aback—was he really suggesting they switch drivers at a hundred miles per hour? 0

"But what if... you don't mind the bus rolling over?" Liang Muqi clearly worried about such a consequence. 0

"Someone who has passed through Black Hawk Armor isn't afraid of driving, right?" Xu Yicheng casually let go of the steering wheel, his freed hands quickly unfastening the glass cover as he stared at Liang Muqi. 0

Seeing him like this, Liang Muqi didn't have time to scold him and rushed forward to grab the steering wheel. 0

Xu Yicheng squeezed out between him and the glass cover. At that moment, the bus had lost acceleration and began to glide on the road. The laser cannon vehicle behind noticed that the bus hadn't started to slow down and abruptly slammed on the brakes, reducing its speed to sixty miles per hour while maintaining a safe distance. 0

"Attention all units, rescue vehicle is slowing down." The driver immediately contacted the other four cannon vehicles. 0

Just as Xu Yicheng emerged from the driver's seat, he saw Liang Muqi sitting inside, holding onto the steering wheel, which startled him. 0

If they were just getting in, it wouldn't be a problem. The key issue was that they were on a bus traveling at a hundred miles per hour! 0

"Let go!" Xu Yicheng pointed at Liang Muqi's hand gripping the steering wheel and whispered urgently, "Any sudden move from you could cause an accident!" 0

"Then..." Liang Muqi suddenly froze like a statue. 0

"Tsk." Xu Yicheng quickly came up with an idea, rushed forward, opened Liang Muqi's hand, and took hold of the steering wheel himself. 0

However, during this handover, the entire vehicle swayed violently in an 'S' shape on the road, causing the cannon vehicles on either side to immediately back off a bit. 0

Liang Muqi steadied himself against the glass and quickly sat in the driver's seat, lightly pressing on the accelerator while honking to alert the two leading laser cannon vehicles ahead. 0

"Ah!" 0

Xu Yicheng failed to grab onto the nearby pole and stumbled, crashing into another pole on the opposite side. His Summoning Stone fell from his hand onto the ground with that impact. 0

"Oh no!" Xu Yicheng stared at the dark ground—where could he find it? 0

"Dr. Xu, have you made contact?" 0

Fierce Eagle's Thruster powered up to maximum output as its mechanical wings sliced through dense snowflakes, gradually approaching the Hydrogen Bomb Warhead flying overhead. 0

"Uh... almost there!" Xu Yicheng fumbled with his hands anxiously on the ground. 0

Fierce Eagle sensed that things were not looking good but could only trust Xu Yicheng for now. 0

Nightmare piloted the Hovercraft up to Madwoman's altitude. Divine Fist jumped onto the Hovercraft's body and caught Blue Face Hero cradled in Madwoman's arms. Once she confirmed that unconscious Blue Face Hero was safe, Madwoman retracted her Chain Spear and jumped onto the craft. 0

In the distance, the Hydrogen Bomb was already trailing flames as it approached above the city. Divine Fist and Madwoman stood on top of the craft, watching as the trajectory of the Hydrogen Bomb Warhead intersected with Fierce Eagle's ascent towards it. 0

"Xiaotian, it's up to you..." Divine Fist held Blue Face Hero tightly while silently praying. 0

The distance data in the display kept updating. With An Xiaotian's eyes focused, the system automatically locked onto the Hydrogen Bomb Warhead that was now within reach. 0

"Sir, please be careful to maintain a speed close to that of the warhead to avoid excessive momentum activating the fuse," Xiao Ling reminded. 0

An Xiaotian did not respond to Xiao Ling; he compared his speed with that of the warhead in the display and decisively reduced his speed. 0

It wasn't that An Xiaotian was flying too fast; rather, if he maintained high speed, it would be too easy to trigger an explosion by colliding with it. 0

"We're almost there..." Fierce Eagle extended his hands, fingers barely reaching for the body of the warhead. 0

The warhead seemed to be on a fixed trajectory; it had just been slightly influenced by Heavenly Track. Fierce Eagle noticed that its exhaust flame had ceased roaring and was now reduced like a stove turned down low; consequently, its head was completely pointed downward. 0

From the perspective of Divine Fist, the warhead looked like it was drawing an eggshell in the air. Fierce Eagle now shared the same idea as Blue Face Hero: to tilt the trajectory of the warhead upwards, allowing it to self-destruct in the atmosphere. However, with Hydrogen Bomb tightly held in his arms, Fierce Eagle gazed at the city below and gradually realized that this plan was no longer feasible. The reason was simple; this was the city's commercial center, and even if he managed to angle the warhead up, the final landing point could very well be any nearby high-rise building! 0

In other words, he still needed Aibo's Time Portal! 0

"Dr. Xu—" Fierce Eagle shouted into the team communicator. 0

Xu Yicheng was sweating profusely, his palm trembling as it searched the floor of the vehicle, but there was no trace of the Summoning Stone; it seemed to have vanished into thin air! Although Fierce Eagle's strength was no longer that of an ordinary person, he could only maintain a downward angle of less than ten degrees on the warhead with all his might. This meant that it was only a matter of time before it would hit the ground. 0

Meanwhile, Aibo was running down another street like a headless fly—he had lost track of them. Hearing the increasingly close whistling sound, Aibo stopped in his tracks and looked at the warhead flying alongside Fierce Eagle. With Aibo's tall stature and his bright moonlight-colored eyes, it wasn't difficult for Fierce Eagle to spot him from high above using his keen eyesight. 0

"I see Aibo!" Fierce Eagle thought Xu Yicheng had made contact with him. As he exerted force with his right hand, the Thruster's tail emitted another explosive sound, propelling the warhead towards Aibo on another street as Fierce Eagle turned. 0

Xu Yicheng was at a loss; he held his head in his hands and knelt on the ground, banging his forehead against the vehicle floor with a "thud" sound. 0

"The ground height is three hundred eighty-five kilometers!" Xiao Ling continuously reported data to An Xiaotian. 0

To An Xiaotian's surprise, Aibo stood there dazedly, clearly unaware of what to do. 0

"Time Portal—" Fierce Eagle roared, but at such a high altitude, Aibo couldn't hear him at all. 0

"It's over..." Xu Yicheng gritted his teeth and pounded his chest in frustration. He never imagined that this impending tragedy would occur just because he bumped into a pole... 0

"Two hundred fifty kilometers!" 0

Fierce Eagle had already lost hope; he now understood that Aibo had not received Xu Yicheng's signal at all. Moreover, in Aibo's eyes, this was merely a small missile shorter than his own foot; he might even think that it posed no real threat! 0

Liang Muqi glanced back at Xu Yicheng, who was kneeling on the ground and about to cry out loud, remaining silent. 0

Suddenly! 0

Liang Muqi jerked the steering wheel sharply to one side and then to the other; the entire vehicle swayed even more violently than before! All the sleeping refugees were jolted awake, gasping as they looked out the window, thinking something had gone wrong. 0

Xu Yicheng was naturally startled as well, but then he heard sliding sounds caused by objects shifting due to the vehicle's violent swaying! 0
