According to the content reflected by the Blogger "Shop Explorer," our city's Catering Association takes this matter very seriously. After conducting relevant visits and investigations, we found that Red Star Noodle House, located in the town, falls under the jurisdiction of our association. We have reason to uncover the truth and clear their name.
As of today, we have conducted multiple visits and investigations, and we are aware of the impact of public opinion on Red Star Noodle House and other nearby businesses. Therefore, we would like to provide the following response and explanation.
First, regarding the "Yin-Yang pricing" mentioned by the Blogger, we visited nearby businesses as well as mining areas and hospitals for on-site investigations. The standard prices listed are consistent with those reported to the Market Supervision Administration, and there is no deception involved. It is reasonable for businesses to offer discounted prices to specific groups at their discretion, which does not violate any laws. The prices offered to others are also within a reasonable range and even lower than surrounding prices, complying with national and industry standards.
Second, based on relevant technical assessments, the original video and audio published by the Blogger (which have since been deleted) show clear signs of editing and manipulation that do not align with normal conversational logic or tone. This sufficiently proves that the content was altered by the Blogger, causing significant harm to the business. Specific evidence can be found in the source documents provided in the appendix.
Third, businesses have shown goodwill by contributing to nearby hospitals and mining areas, which serves as an inspiration for our catering industry. We call upon other altruistic businesses to follow their example. Relevant staff will implement national policies related to the industry and revise development plans and regulations to enhance the professionalism of catering personnel and improve overall industry quality while protecting the legal rights of member businesses.
In conclusion, we believe that with support from all levels of government and understanding from netizens and fellow citizens, we are confident that our city's catering industry will thrive again. Businesses will not be subjected to malice and will quickly restore a prosperous dining scene in our city and province.
I was stunned after reading several thousand words of this statement. Besides its obvious support for me, what stood out was the joint official seal at the bottom—there were at least ten organizations represented.
Associations like Qingdong Province Catering Service Association, Qingdong Culinary Association, Industry Development Promotion Association, Cultural Exchange Association, and various large catering associations had all contributed their utmost goodwill regarding my situation.
Thanks to this significant official support, what had initially been a declining issue suddenly gained traction again. Many people were urging so-called relevant departments for updates on their investigations; it had been so long already that an issue easily clarified by the association remained unresolved by those departments.
The account where I posted my Clarification Video became popular; many people sent me private messages. I glanced through them—most were similar in content. Some expressed gratitude for my understanding and help towards special groups; others apologized for previously misunderstanding me; some asked where my restaurant was located so they could come donate.
As I read through these messages, my eyes began to well up with tears.

The incident did occur, but the merchant not only refunded the money but also apologized, so logically speaking, the matter should have been resolved. However, the "Shop Explorer" blogger maliciously edited the video, omitting key parts and exaggerating the situation, which caused a negative social impact. Coupled with those netizens who actively stirred up trouble, my right to reputation was completely violated.
This brings us to the so-called "yin-yang aspect" of the situation—

So whose problem is this? Looking at the comments under that message filled with "Good News!", I blinked in confusion. Is this it? Is this how all the grievances I've endured for so long are resolved? In an instant, I felt a sense of powerlessness as if I had punched a pillow.
With the official clarification in hand, I organized my thoughts and called several law firms to consult with lawyers.
