The responsibility for restoring the project fell entirely on her shoulders. The immediate priority was to recover the project files quickly; however, while the screensaver images were saved, the supporting backend had been damaged and the source files were not up-to-date.
In other words, recovering within a day is not an easy task, but Ji Zhenyan had to do it. This situation made the people at GK Company aware that the Haicheng branch of the company wanted to take over the Lixian Blossom and Snow Moon Screensaver project. According to the progress of the project at that time, it could generate over two million yuan that year. If things continued this way, achieving eight million in profit within three years was not impossible.
The GK Company screensaver project team decided to take on all screensaver projects in Haicheng County. This time, the server damage of the Lixian Blossom and Snow Moon project presented them with an opportunity to enter Li County HS Company. The situation progressed the next day when Zhou Zhou, the executor from GK Company's Haicheng branch, called Qin Chuan and asked him to do something to influence Ji Zhenyan. At five o'clock that afternoon, when Qin Chuan returned to Lixian and saw Ji Zhenyan, his attitude had become much colder. While playing a game, he pondered that GK Company wanted him to inflict deeper damage, such as making it impossible for her to recover the project so that people from GK Company could take over directly. Qin Chuan thought that Ji Zhenyan was just a girl; no matter how skilled she was, she was still just one person. It was only a matter of time before the company took over, but Zhou Zhou kept emphasizing, "Since you received ten thousand yuan, you should ensure the company succeeds."
Qin Chuan had no choice but to talk about his troubles with Ji Zhenyan while she was resting. Ji Zhenyan was a person with a cold exterior but a warm heart; she helped him organize his thoughts.
