Li Jue's vacation was over, and he started getting busy again, leaving me alone at home, bored to the point of sprouting. I decided to go out shopping and see if there were any fun activities. With Li Jue gone and no one to watch over me, I felt quite at ease. 0

I changed into a dress I designed myself and took Xiao Lu with me as we headed out to shop. "Princess, look over there! There are so many people!" Xiao Lu exclaimed. Following her gaze, I saw a crowd gathered around something. Curious, I tugged at Xiao Lu and squeezed my way in. 0

It turned out to be a small stall selling goods, and I immediately lost interest. "Isn't that the Grand Tutor?" someone said. "Why is the Grand Tutor selling books?" another person questioned. "That can't be the Grand Tutor; he's not that small!" 0

I looked up and focused my gaze; it turned out they were selling banned books, which piqued my interest. I moved closer, pretending to browse through the books while stealing glances at those little yellow books that made my heart race. 0

The vendor noticed me and grinned widely. "Grand Tutor, are you buying books too?" he asked. I was taken aback for a moment but quickly realized he must have mistaken me for Li Jue. I nodded in agreement and pointed to two books at the back, saying, "I want these two." 0

The vendor's face lit up with joy as he helped me pack the books while promoting them. "Grand Tutor, you really know your stuff! These are the latest and most popular ones." I chuckled, reached into my pocket for a silver ingot, placed it on the stall, and walked away confidently. 0

"Princess, that wasn't really the Grand Tutor, was it?" Xiao Lu caught up with me, looking confused. I grinned and waved the books in my hand. "Doesn't matter if it was or not; we still got a good deal." 0

Xiao Lu: "…" 0

After shopping all day, I was in an exceptionally good mood. Suddenly, Xiao Lu shouted and pointed at the city wall, stuttering as she said, "Princess, isn't that the Grand Tutor?" 0

I looked up to see Li Jue standing with Shen Zizhao, seemingly deep in conversation. My anger flared up instantly; how dare you betray me, Li Jue! 0

"What should we do, Princess?" Xiao Lu asked anxiously as she looked at me. 0

I let out a cold laugh, my eyes narrowing slightly. 0
"Dare to betray me, and I'll make you taste the humiliation of being embarrassed in public." 0
"Shen Taifu!" 0
I shouted loudly, intentionally raising my voice so that it could be heard within a ten-mile radius. 0
Li Jue and Shen Zizhao heard the sound, turning around in unison. Upon seeing me, Li Jue frowned while Shen Zizhao looked utterly surprised. 0
"Shen Taifu, I'm here to deliver your kidneys." 0
I grinned mischievously, deliberately emphasizing the word "kidneys." 0
The onlookers turned their gazes toward Li Jue and Shen Zizhao, their faces displaying curiosity. 0
Hmph, I’ll make you embarrass yourself in front of everyone! 0
I raised an eyebrow at Li Jue in a provocative manner and grabbed Xiao Lu, running away. 0
Li Jue, I am not someone to be easily bullied! 0
"Princess, it seems the Grand Tutor is angry," Xiao Lu said timidly. 0
I snorted coldly; if he’s angry, so what? Who’s afraid of whom! 0
However, I couldn’t help but glance back. 0
I saw Shen Zizhao tightly hugging Li Jue, burying her head in his chest. 0
Li Jue looked down and gently patted her back, his face full of tenderness. 0
My anger flared up instantly; Li Jue, you scoundrel! 0
"Princess, we should hurry back," Xiao Lu urged as she pulled at me anxiously. 0
I shook off Xiao Lu's hand and rushed to the city wall. 0
"Li Jue, let her go!" 0
I stood beneath the city wall, looking up at them and shouting loudly. 0
Li Jue glanced down at me with a calm expression and said, "Princess, I am tasked with welcoming the envoy from Zhao Kingdom; please do not make it difficult for me." 0
I looked up at Li Jue; the sunlight shone from behind him, making him appear like a celestial being—noble and untouchable. 0
But right now, all I wanted was to tear apart his facade. 0
"Li Jue, let her go!" I pointed at Shen Zizhao and shouted. 0
Shen Zizhao looked up at Li Jue with a pitiful expression before turning to glance at me, hesitating to speak. 0
"Princess, you misunderstand," Li Jue said calmly. 0
"Misunderstand? I saw it with my own eyes; how can it be false?" I snorted dismissively at him. 0
"Princess, you really misunderstand," Li Jue maintained his calm demeanor but his tone grew firmer. 0

"You!" I gritted my teeth in anger, feeling helpless. 0

I clenched my jaw, stomped my foot, and rushed forward, grabbing Shen Zizhao's hair and pulling hard. 0

"Ah!" Shen Zizhao cried out in pain, releasing Li Jue. 0

"Princess, go for it!" Xiao Lu shouted from below. 0

I kicked at Li Jue, who instinctively stepped back but forgot that there was a wall behind him. He stepped into thin air and fell. 0

I was startled and instinctively reached out to grab him, but he pulled me down with him. 0

"Princess!" Xiao Lu exclaimed, rushing over. 0

Shen Zizhao and I fell together, the wind lightly blowing and carrying the scent of flowers. 0

Looking down, I saw a small river below and felt a surge of hope; I was saved. 0

"Sister Zishu," Shen Zizhao suddenly spoke up. 0

I was taken aback and looked up at her, only to see her lips curl into a smile that was cold as ice. 0

"What are you doing?" I asked warily. 0

"Sister Zishu, thank you," she said suddenly, her smile eerie. 0

I was alarmed and realized something was wrong; I tried to break free, but it was too late. 0

Shen Zizhao suddenly reached out, grabbing my wrist and pulling me down forcefully. 0

"Shen Zizhao, are you crazy?" I shouted in shock, struggling hard. 0

"Sister Zishu, I'm happy to die for you," Shen Zizhao said, looking at me with determination in her eyes. 0

"Let go of me!" I struggled with all my might, but it was futile. 0

"Sister Zishu, I'll leave Li Jue to you," Shen Zizhao said as she pulled me downwards. 0

I turned my head and saw Li Jue looking at me in horror, his eyes filled with tears. 0

My heart ached sharply as if pricked by a needle. 0

"Li Jue..." I looked at him as tears streamed down my face. 0

"Zishu!" Li Jue shouted as he rushed towards me. 0

I closed my eyes, letting the tears fall with the wind. 0
