I slowly exhaled and placed the model in the center of the hall. 0
"Everyone, this is the model I designed for the 'Sky Garden,' along with the feasibility data." 0
I looked around, observing the changing expressions on everyone's faces, and spoke up, 0
"Our plan is to build a large garden on the rooftop of the building, primarily featuring plant landscaping, complemented by elements like artificial mountains and flowing water to create a modern sky garden. 0
We will utilize various technological methods and construction techniques to make this garden a modern green building, providing people with a brand new urban landscape experience." 0
"Currently, we have mastered and experimented with the relevant core technologies and feasibility data. As long as we are willing and can gain the support of everyone present, we can realize this idea!" 0
I passionately conveyed my thoughts and beliefs through these words. However, ideals are often grand while reality can be harsh. 0
The first to stand up and question me was a senior architect: "Mr. Lin, although your design is outstanding, you must understand that building a sky garden is not that easy. 0
Its technical difficulty is very high and requires substantial manpower, resources, and funding. Are you sure you can really achieve this?" 0
Next, an authority figure also stood up to voice their doubts: "Mr. Lin, your idea is indeed enticing, but the risks of this project are too great, and the return on investment is very low." 0
One industry leader after another stood up to express skepticism about my 'Sky Garden' project. 0
Their words were sharp and hit right at the core; if I hadn't been fully prepared, I might have been too discouraged to speak. 0
I remained steadfast in my position. 0
"Respected seniors and leaders, I know this project has many challenges, but I believe that as long as we have capability, expertise, and passion, we can succeed!" 0
"The Sky Garden is a great design; it represents human effort and wisdom, as well as our future." 0
"We should not give up this opportunity because of the high risks; we should be brave enough to try and boldly pursue our dreams." 0

My words resonated with determination, carrying the bold spirit of a young calf unafraid of tigers, as I aimed to persuade them. However, they were seasoned veterans, old foxes of the industry; how could my few words possibly sway them? They frowned and whispered among themselves, expressing skepticism about my "Sky Garden" project. 0

Zhao Tianyu looked at me with a half-smile, "Mr. Lin, your project sounds wonderful, but you know that it requires a substantial investment. Are you sure you can afford it?" 0

I smiled faintly, "Mr. Zhao is joking. Since I dare to propose this project, I naturally have the confidence to make it happen." 0

Zhao Tianyu shrugged, noncommittal. He and I had a complicated history; he was my competitor and also my university classmate. After graduation, he joined a large design firm and quickly rose to an executive position due to his outstanding business acumen and interpersonal skills. Meanwhile, I chose to start my own business, using years of savings to establish a studio focused on architectural design. 0

Zhao Tianyu had always wanted to recruit me to his company, but I had never given in. Now, he was probably here to watch the spectacle unfold. A senior investor adjusted his glasses and said, "Mr. Lin, this project is too risky; it's hard for us to commit to investing." 0

"High risk brings high rewards; this project is an opportunity that leads into the future," I replied. 0

He responded, "But the investment amount is too large; there are too many factors we need to consider." 0
