Chapter 189: Taking Away Mingyue

Yang Chen smiled slightly and then looked at Tianfeng Xue.
Tianfeng Xue's expression changed several times; after a moment of hesitation, she seemed to compromise and said, "Today I appoint Tian Mingyue as an Outer Cabinet Censor to oversee all Outer Cabinet disciples." "Outer Cabinet Censor? There was never such a title before." "Lower your voice; Holy Mother has compromised." "Thank you, Holy Mother!" Upon hearing this, Tian Mingyue immediately beamed with joy. Shyly glancing at Yang Chen again, she allowed him to hold her and calmly said, "No need for formalities; get up."
"Xie Xianhou," Yao Tianshang smiled slightly at Yang Chen before standing up and moving behind him. "Holy Mother, I have important matters to attend to; I take my leave!" Yang Chen said to Tianfeng Xue. Important matters? You stayed in my outer city for two days? Now you've taken away my Saintess and say you have important matters?
"Yes, Best Actor please feel free. Mingyue, do come back often; after all, this holy land is still your home," Tianfeng Xue said. "Yes, Holy Mother," Tian Mingyue expressed gratefully. "Hui'er will rely on you from now on," she added. "Saintess can rest assured," Tian Tenghui nodded in response.

"Husband, Yue'er doesn't know much about Luo Tianyou; however Yue'er believes he will definitely hand over Yongbing Eighteen Cities to you but may require you to agree that Yongbing Guild's headquarters be established in Lingxiao City," Tian Mingyue analyzed.
"Haha! If that's the case then I've profited," Yang Chen laughed heartily.
"In fact husband understands that Yongbing Guild will eventually belong to you," Tian Mingyue stated.
"Yes; Luo Tianyou has only one daughter; after Xi'er marries me Yongbing Eighteen Cities will eventually be mine,” Yang Chen replied while putting away his smile.
"Husband doesn't want to rely on Sister Xi'er for obtaining Yongbing Eighteen Cities which is why husband is pursuing Yongbing Guild,” Tian Mingyue smiled.
"This is all due to male chauvinism,” Yang Chen bitterly remarked.
"This isn't just male chauvinism! Husband first goes to my Heavenly Maiden Sanctuary then heads for Yongbing Guild; perhaps you've already been or sent someone there?” asked Tian Mingyue.
"You truly see through everything! For Alchemist Guild I've already sent National Master there but success seems unlikely,” Yang Chen shook his head.
"The current President of Alchemist Guild Yao Mingfeng has been a ninth-grade alchemist for decades now; with Heavenly Medicine Cauldron he should be able to refine tenth-grade imperial pills,” explained Tian Mingyue.
"Then Yao Mingfeng will either die or be crippled!” Yang Chen asserted: “Divine Dragon Cauldron is something an outsider can use freely?”

"Ten artifacts? Where are the other five artifacts?” questioned Tian Mingyue.
Yang Chen smiled slightly and asked: “Does anyone here know where the other five artifacts are?” Seeing that Yang Chen did not answer she wisely chose not to ask further.
“Yongbing City?” Yang Chen suggested before suddenly laughing: “This Luo Tianyou is too lazy to name them; could it be he just called them Yongbing One through Two until Eighteen Cities?”
"Pretty much! However Eighteen Cities is called Yongbing Wangcheng with Luo Tianyou as its lord,” explained Tian Mingyue.
