Chapter 067: Gathering Soldiers in the City
By the time Yang Chen and his wife got out of bed, it was already past six o'clock. Remembering the craziness of the previous day, a mischievous smile appeared on Yang Chen's face.
Yang Chen looked at Luo Xi, who was pretending to be asleep, and said, "Lazy pig, it's time to get up. Otherwise, those Yongbing might start causing trouble." He playfully moved his hand over Luo Xi's chest.

"You little enchantress," Yang Chen said without hesitation, once again launching an attack. The room was filled with enchanting sounds. By the time they were done, it was nearly eight o'clock.
Luo Xi shot Yang Chen a glare and pouted, "You bad guy, hurry up and get dressed. Who knows what kind of trouble they will cause if we miss the time."
Yang Chen didn't care about that; he hugged Luo Xi's delicate body from behind and grinned, "I don't care about them. My business is more important."
"Alright, alright, husband, spare me this time. Tonight, everything will be according to your wishes, okay?" Luo Xi pleaded. Hearing this, Yang Chen nodded in satisfaction, and then both of them hurriedly got dressed.
When Yang Chen and Luo Xi arrived at Zhongtian Square, Ying Mo and the others were already waiting for them; most of the others had also arrived. Upon seeing Yang Chen arrive, Ying Mo raised his voice and said, "Alright, it's time. Please everyone be quiet."
The discussions below gradually ceased. Jiang Nan walked up to Yang Chen with a smirk and said, "Leader, I admire you."

"Everyone, quiet down," Luo Xi stepped forward and said. The crowd stopped discussing and listened to what Luo Xi had to say.
"I represent the Yongbing Guild and transfer all speaking rights to Yang Chen as well. Whatever he does is equivalent to what our Yongbing Guild does."
"Damn. So this means if Yang Chen wants to compete for the position of Lord of Loulan City, both families won't oppose him?"

Taking advantage of the moment, he glanced at Yao Dan and the others and noticed they showed no signs of objection, which made him gradually relax. Yang Chen did not want to confront the Alchemist Guild just yet. Although there was much discussion among the crowd, there was no opposing voice. After all, Yang Chen represented the three major guilds of Loulan City and stood behind him were ten Battle Emperors.
Yang Chen scanned around and seeing no one objecting, he continued, "If there are no objections, then I would like to say a few words about the future development trends of Loulan City."

It seems that an era change for the Jia Shi Dynasty is approaching," Yang Chen said calmly.
"The city lord, you speak such rebellious words to us; surely, you have something you need us to do, right?"

"What do you want us to do?" Danqingzi asked.
"Gather soldiers in the city," Yang Chen said. "As long as you wish to become lords and generals, as long as you want to become nobles, then follow me." The crowd began to discuss again; this time, it erupted into a full-blown debate that lasted for nearly half an hour before it stopped.
Yang Chen asked, "I wonder how everyone has considered this?"
