CrystarIliana and the Chief Guard Elmas sat in a quiet corner of the camp, Elmas looking troubled. He spoke softly, "Iliana, have you noticed the recent state of our prince? He seems constantly worried, burdened with pressure."
Iliana furrowed her brow, her eyes filled with concern. Recalling the prince's demeanor, she nodded and replied, "Yes, I have noticed as well. The prince has always been confident and graceful, but lately his emotions seem unusual. It's as if he's carrying a heavier burden on his shoulders."
Elmas sighed and continued, "I understand that he is under a lot of pressure, after all, he is the only son of the Elf Emperor and the future leader. But this situation has already affected him personally, and I am worried about his mental health."
Eliana nodded in agreement. Her eyes were full of concern, as she deeply understood the prince's responsibilities and pressures, but she was also willing to do everything she could to help him. "Perhaps we can talk to him and let him know that we always support him," she suggested.
Iliana continued, "But more than the prince's current mental health, I am worried about the future." Her eyes were filled with concern as she said, "Elmas, I am very worried about these visions in my dreams. They are not just ordinary dreams; they are filled with a heavy foreboding, an undeniable feeling. I know this may be a warning, a warning about the future."
Her voice trembled slightly as she continued, "I have dreamt of many things, some good, some bad, but the crystals and the evil power in these dreams make me very uneasy. I fear we may be facing an unimaginable threat, and we must be prepared."
Elmas heard Iliana's words, and his expression became more serious. He knew well that Iliana was a Crystar, and her dreams were usually not understandable by ordinary people. He asked, "Iliana, you said you dreamt of crystals and a dangerous future? Can you tell me more details?"
Iliana's brow furrowed deeper as she tried to recall the images from her dreams. She began to describe, "In my dreams, I often see a huge crystal, shining with a strange light, but at the same time accompanied by a sense of foreboding. I can't be certain of the specific details, but I feel a powerful and ancient evil force approaching, seemingly connected to our world."
She paused for a moment, seemingly pondering how to express her concerns, and then continued, "I'm not sure if this is just a warning sign or if a real danger is imminent. But either way, we can't take it lightly." Her voice was filled with vigilance and caution, as if reminding her two companions that this mission might be far more dangerous than they had imagined.
Elmas heard Iliana's words and asked with a serious expression, "Have you told the Emperor himself about this?"
Iliana nodded, her voice tinged with fatigue, and said, "Yes, I have already reported to the Emperor. He has requested that I contact the Crystar of the other three tribes during this ceremony to discuss the next steps in handling this situation. The Emperor is very concerned about the safety of the crystals and understands that this could pose a threat to the entire continent."
Elmas, after listening, took a deep breath. He knew the Emperor's decision was wise, and gathering the strength of the four tribes might be the only way to resolve this crisis. He said, "We must remain vigilant and establish contact with the other Crystar. This is not only about the safety of the crystals but also about the peace of the entire continent. We need to act quickly, just in case."
Iliana continued, "The prince is not yet ready to take on the role of Crystar. He is proud and easily swayed by emotions, lacks confidence in himself, and although capable, always hesitates to act." Her voice was filled with worry and confusion. "If there are any problems in the future, I'm not sure if the prince can handle the position." Her voice revealed her anxiety about the future.
Elmas comforted Iliana, saying, "The prince is still young, he will come of age next year. Let's give him more time." After speaking, the two turned and walked towards their resting place, hoping that the prince could overcome his difficulties and grow stronger.
The next morning, the prince woke up early with an unusual vitality. He was full of spirit and a sense of excitement enveloped him. This change surprised the chief guard Elmas and the ranger Raven, but at the same time, they found the prince's demeanor uplifting. After a brief rest, they set out once again on the treacherous mountain path.
The prince's change in mood was not due to a sudden realization, but because he was eagerly anticipating the evening, hoping to meet the mysterious stranger named Sailin again. He knew that the wanderer he had spoken to had brought him an indescribable sense of peace and understanding. Perhaps, this was what he had longed for all along.
Although he did not reveal much to the chief guard and the wandering swordsman, the prince's inner changes were already evident. As he walked along the mountain path, he no longer carried yesterday's doubts and heaviness, but instead bore a new determination and vitality, willing to face the challenges ahead. For his guards, this was an inspiring transformation, relieving their worries for the time being. However, they also knew that the future journey would still be full of dangers, and they must protect the prince, giving him enough time to confront his own confusion and fears.
