"It seems like they come with ill intentions!" Lu Feng said sympathetically to Hua Man Lou. "Given how poorly your father's birthday banquet is going, should we have him go to a temple for a talisman and recite some scriptures to ward off bad luck?"
Hua Man Lou replied, "Fortunately, my father's birthday is just a family meal!"

Therefore, he kidnapped Zhu Ting's wife to threaten him into revealing how to open the secret chamber. During Hua Ruling's birthday banquet, he infiltrated the Flower Family intending to collaborate with his daughter to kill those attending the banquet. Unfortunately, his plan failed miserably and he ultimately died at the hands of Master Ku Zhi!
