Liu Daiyu returned home to rest and recuperate, and no one was happier than Liu Dafu. He busied himself with all the arrangements, inside and out, wishing he could hold her tightly like he did when she was a little girl. Watching Liu Dafu bustling about, showing concern, Liu Daiyu felt a mix of emotions. Her heart was pounding, partly with a sense of loss and partly with bitterness. If everything could start over, if Liu Dafu could treat her fairly, then could she openly enjoy her father's love instead of bearing the burden of others' expectations?
