Seeing their confusion, Luo Yan explained directly without elaborating further: "The Heavenly Demon Sect defies heaven and does not submit to earth; naturally, they would not bury their tomb underground but instead place it in the sky!"
"When I was searching initially, I confirmed I was at the right location but could not find the Demon Tomb. It was only after much effort that I thought of this level and finally located where the true Demon Tomb is."
Rarely expressing such sentiments, Luo Yan seemed to have invested considerable thought into finding the Demon Tomb.
"Let's go inside. As for that Spirit Beast, we should at least see what kind of Spirit Beast it is. With our strength, even if we can't defeat it, we should still have a chance to escape."

"Let's go in; follow me," Luo Yan said when he saw that Ling Mo Xie had no more questions. He then took a few steps forward, pulled something out from his Storage Ring, placed it on the ground, and began to channel his Spiritual Energy into the diamond-shaped crystal-like object.
Soon, the diamond-shaped crystal started to emit light; the light was white and stood out prominently in the dim Forest. As the white light radiated outward, a transparent staircase began to slowly form in front of Luo Yan.
"Let's go; follow this staircase up, and you'll see the Main Gate of the Demon Tomb," Luo Yan turned around and said to Ling Mo Xie.
Ling Mo Xie looked at this scene in surprise and said, "So the Demon Tomb is really in the sky? But this place is so remote; over all these years, surely someone must have flown over it. How come no one has discovered the Sky Demon Tomb?"
Upon hearing Ling Mo Xie's words, Luo Yan smiled and said, "The Sky Demon Tomb is certainly not that simple. Although it is in the sky, it is not in the ordinary sense; it exists in a different dimensional space. The entrance to that space is above here. Without the Key in my hand, even if you flew back and forth countless times, you wouldn't be able to find the Entrance to the Sky Demon Tomb!"
"Moreover, you can only find the Main Gate by walking up this transparent staircase before us. If you accidentally enter that different dimensional space where the Demon Tomb is located, you'll only end up being torn apart by spatial rifts!"
"No wonder it's known as the legendary Heavenly Demon Sect; even we find such methods unbelievable!" Xu Qingfeng remarked with admiration, and Ling Mo Xie nodded in agreement.
Luo Yan seemed to be in a good mood as he took the lead onto the staircase and said to Ling Mo Xie and Xu Qingfeng, "Follow me; there aren't any traps here yet, but be careful once we enter the Demon Tomb."
After hearing Luo Yan's words, Ling Mo Xie and Xu Qingfeng stepped forward and followed. The transparent staircase felt more secure than it looked; each step felt as solid as if they were walking on the ground.
The staircase was long, and even with the robust stamina of a Cultivator, they walked for over half a quarter of an hour without seeing the end. At this point, Bai Yun was already floating beneath them.
Xu Qingfeng was starting to feel impatient and said, "How long do we have to keep walking like this? Can't we just fly up from the staircase?"

"Made it!" Finally, Luo Yan's slightly breathless voice came through, sounding like beautiful music to Xu Qingfeng and Ling Mo Xie. They quickly lifted their heads with expressions of joy.
What lay before them astonished them even more: a magnificent Main Gate gleamed in gold and jade. The Main Gate was imposing and majestic, standing a little distance away from them, resembling the legendary gates of heaven. Through the Main Gate, they could see layers upon layers of palatial buildings stretching endlessly.
"This... is this really a tomb?" Ling Mo Xie exclaimed in shock, his tone filled with disbelief.
The scene before them was bathed in colorful clouds and drifting mist, truly resembling the legendary heavenly palace—how could it possibly be a tomb?

Luo Yan glanced at the Sky Demon Tomb's Main Gate hidden in the glow of the clouds and said, "Naturally, it will be guarding the Sky Demon Tomb. A Spirit Beast like this, I don't think it's as simple as you say."
"We'll find out when we get there," Ling Mo Xie replied, narrowing his eyes as he walked toward the Sky Demon Tomb's Main Gate. He surprisingly did not sense any life force there; if that Spirit Beast truly existed, it might indeed be formidable.
Xu Qingfeng, Hong Chi, and Luo Yan followed Ling Mo Xie as he moved forward. Meanwhile, Chen Yan leisurely raised his claws and followed along at a relaxed pace.
"Roar!" Just as they were about to reach the entrance of the Sky Demon Tomb, a tremendous roar seemed to come from all directions, deafening them. The powerful sound waves appeared to shake the entire Demon Tomb.
"Damn it! Is it just me, or does this Spirit Beast feel even more impressive than the legendary Heavenly Demon Sect? Perhaps the Heavenly Demon Sect is indeed better than what is said in legends?" Ling Mo Xie muttered to himself. Due to that earlier roar, even though they activated their Spiritual Energy, everyone fell to the ground.
Luo Yan's face turned pale; clearly, this was beyond his expectations. He knew that the Spirit Beast beside the Heavenly Demon Sect should be extraordinary, but he thought that since this Spirit Beast had not ascended, it couldn't be that impressive. However, it seemed to be much more formidable than he had imagined!
