Xiang Xueer looked at Li Yunyang and Lian Cheng Xue in front of her. They were lost in their sorrow, and since they had become like strangers to each other, she thought about comforting them, but it seemed unnecessary.
She turned and walked towards the opposite side, then reached out to pat Duck's head. "Duck, we should go!"
"Oh!" Duck quickly responded and hurried after Xiang Xueer. After a moment, it couldn't hold back and asked, "Sister, is this really okay? Are you really not going to see Li Yunyang again?"

After Xiang Xueer left, Qingtian and Gunaara approached Li Yunyang and patted his shoulder. "Brother Li, Lian Xiong, don't be sad. We should first take Senior Feng for burial!"
Li Yunyang picked up his master's body and glanced in the direction where Xiang Xueer had gone before turning to leave with the group.
Xiang Xueer didn't know where to go. Although she was now a Demon Lord, she felt no sense of pride associated with it. Suddenly, a figure flew out from the nearby bushes and landed in front of her.
She focused her gaze and frowned at the annoying face of the Serpent Empress. "Serpent Empress, what do you want? Are you looking for death?"
The Serpent Empress quickly bowed and smiled sinisterly. "Demon Lord, I'm here to follow you! From now on, I, Serpent Empress, will be your subordinate!"
As she spoke, her red eyes glanced at Duck standing beside her, immediately trying to flatter. "Since we are both subordinates now, based on ability and seniority, I guess I can only be the Second General!"
Second General? Duck was taken aback for a moment before breaking into a wide grin. It was clear that the First General was itself. It quickly wiggled its way over to Xiang Xueer's arm. "Sister, I mean Demon Lord, since you don't have capable hands around you right now, we can help you manage the Demon Realm!"
Hmph, although that was what she said, Xiang Xueer was well aware of the Serpent Empress's intentions—greed is insatiable. However, she wouldn't make any big moves for now; since that was the case, it wouldn't hurt to use her for a while.
"Alright then!" Xiang Xueer finally nodded in agreement. The Serpent Empress immediately rushed to stand behind Xiang Xueer as the three of them walked forward. She asked, "Demon Lord, where are you planning to go?"
Xiang Xueer reattached her severed arm and looked south with a smile. "Don't worry; I'm taking you all to a good place that guarantees warmth in winter and coolness in summer—perfect for vacation."
"Vacation? What is vacation?" Duck turned to look at the Serpent Empress.
Serpent Empress stared wide-eyed: "How would I know if you ask me!"
Duck immediately got angry: "Serpent Empress, I am First General, and you are second, so speak to me politely."

Xiang Xueer set up a lounge chair outside, with two cucumber slices on her eyes, comfortably sunbathing. Suddenly, she saw Duck running towards her quickly: "Sister, sister, something bad happened!"
Duck tripped over a branch and fell hard. It quickly got up from the ground and pulled at Xiang Xueer for a long time, but this woman had actually fallen asleep. Xiang Xueer, who was dreaming, suddenly heard the harsh noise and sat up abruptly. Looking down, she saw Duck sitting on her, so she grabbed it and tossed it far away.
"You're so annoying! Can't you see I'm sleeping?" Xiang Xueer shouted angrily, then turned to go back to sleep. But then she heard Duck screaming from the top of a tree: "You still have time to sleep? Li Yunyang is getting married!"
Suddenly, Xiang Xueer felt as if her heart had been pricked by a needle. She slowly opened her eyes without moving. Indeed, he had followed his master's wishes. After a moment, she sat up slowly and asked, "Who is he marrying?"
Upon hearing this question, Duck fell silent. After a long pause without a response from Duck, Xiang Xueer turned to look at its conflicted expression: "What's wrong? Did he marry a man?"
"If he had married a man, that would have been better!" Duck cursed inwardly, then walked over to Xiang Xueer, trembling as it said: "It's someone you hate the most, Ouyang Linglong."
A dark line crossed the corner of Xiang Xueer's eye as an inexplicable anger surged in her chest. What? Ouyang Linglong? Damn it, that annoying girl! With a snap, she crushed the cucumber in her hand into pieces.
Looking down at the shattered cucumber on the ground, Duck swallowed hard and then saw Xiang Xueer turn and walk into the cave. It sighed: "Love really is deadly!"
Ever since Xiang Xueer killed the Demon Lord, she naturally took the throne as the eighth generation Demon Lord. While an ordinary person would have been thinking of ways to recruit demons from the demon realm under their command, she seemed completely indifferent to it all. On the day of the wedding, the Ouyang Residence was bustling with activity. Guests came and went in a continuous stream. Li Yunyang finally snapped out of it. Lian Cheng Xue quickly pulled her aside and said, "Gunaara, don't make things worse. Brother Li is already troubled enough without you adding to it!"
Gunaara pouted and fell silent, grumbling under her breath: "That old man Feng is really something. Such a good couple has been torn apart by him. It's as if he won't let the living have any peace even in death!"
"Stop talking nonsense; he's our master!" Lian Cheng Xue's face immediately darkened upon hearing this. She shot a glare at Gunaara and added, "This is Master’s hospital; Brother Li has no choice!"
Li Yunyang glanced at the two of them and slowly stood up, letting out a deep sigh. Even during the last moments before his wedding, these two couldn't let him have a moment of peace. He said, "You both should go to the reception area; I want some time alone."
Gunaara stuck out her tongue while Lian Cheng Xue walked over to him and patted his shoulder without saying much. The two then closed the door behind them as they left. Inside the room remained only the lonely and melancholic Li Yunyang. He never expected that in the end, he would still be fated to be apart from Shirley; truly a cruel twist of fate.
Suddenly, there was a soft sound from the window that interrupted Li Yunyang's thoughts. He turned to look at the window; just then, the sound came again. After hesitating for a moment, he approached the window and asked, "Who is it?"
