Near the Sky Beyond Mountain, a figure quickly darted and then stopped at the entrance of the Ice Cave where the Witch had previously hidden. Gu Liu Ma clutched his chest, supporting himself with one hand, and cautiously turned to look at the Serpent Empress: "Serpent Empress? Both turned their heads to see that the Demon Prison Tower had collapsed in an instant, and standing in front of the tower was none other than Ling Zhu, who often accompanied Xiang Xueer.
What was this woman doing here? Even more bizarrely, she had pushed down the Demon Prison Tower. What exactly was going on? Gu Liu Ma and the Serpent Empress were momentarily at a loss.

"Gu Liu Ma, you won't get away with this!" Serpent Empress shouted angrily, tightening her body to firmly trap Gu Liu Ma's hand. With a series of crisp bone-cracking sounds, Gu Liu Ma's neck was suddenly twisted, and the Snake Gallbladder fell to the ground.
Is he dead? Ling Zhu couldn't help but widen her eyes. What on earth is happening? Serpent Empress had finally killed Gu Liu Ma. She tilted her head back and swallowed the Snake Gallbladder from the ground, transforming into human form.
"Hmph!" Serpent Empress snorted coldly, using her delicate fingers to wipe the bloodstains from the corner of her mouth. With her Red Eyes fixed on Ling Zhu, she asked, "What are you doing here?"
"That's what I should be asking you!" Ling Zhu pointed at Gu Liu Ma. "You actually killed Gu Liu Ma! Do you know he is the second Exorcist of Saint Ten?"
Serpent Empress laughed calmly, tilting her head back in amusement. "Hahaha, that's right; he is indeed an Exorcist. But didn't Xiang Xueer tell you anything?"
Shirley? The mention of Shirley made Ling Zhu's heart ache. She really didn't want to make any excuses for her helpless betrayal. "What... what happened to her?"
