Tazong, as the most powerful force in the Western Regions, has absolute control over the White Tiger Divine Weapon. They can deploy the White Tiger Divine Weapon at any time they wish, and other forces need not have any concerns.
"I disagree!" The strong man's voice was incredibly firm, leaving no room for negotiation.

"Fine, since you won't lend it, I won't disturb you any longer!" Xing Chen said as he directly took Yuer and left. The Tazong strongman did not say anything further.
Thirty thousand miles outside of Tazong, Xing Chen's figure reappeared. He turned back to glance in the direction of Tazong and murmured, "Tazong, just wait! I will make you regret rejecting me!"
"Young Master Chen, what should we do now?" Yuer asked beside him. Now that Tazong had refused to cooperate and Xing Chen did not possess the strength to overpower the entire Western Regions alone, he absolutely could not confront them head-on.
"I want to shroud the entire Western Regions in blood and chaos. I want them to know that it is all Tazong's fault. I want to see how long Tazong can hold on!" A sinister smile appeared on Xing Chen's face as he once again took Yuer and disappeared.
Soon after, news spread that the first great nation of the Western Regions, the Western Cloud Kingdom, was completely annihilated, with no survivors left. The entire Western Cloud Kingdom was filled with corpses and despair. One of the five major forces in the Western Regions, the Ling Sect, went to investigate but found no results.
This incident shook the entire Western Regions. After all, there was an Emperor of Thunder Punishment stationed in the first great nation of the Western Regions, yet it was destroyed so quickly without any significant resistance from its people.
What shocked everyone even more was that right after one nation fell, another even more shocking piece of news emerged: one of the five sects in the Eastern Region, the Black Magic Sect, had been completely slaughtered, with not a single survivor left in the entire sect.
Although the Black Magic Sect was not the strongest among the five major sects in the Western Regions, it still had two top-tier Emperors of Thunder Punishment. Yet even with such strength, they were still wiped out, which spoke volumes about their enemy's power.
This meant that their enemy's strength was at least at the level of a monarch. With such a powerful monarch targeting the Western Regions, how could they continue to enjoy themselves?
In a certain tavern, a man dressed in black and a girl clad in pink were sipping tea while listening to discussions around them.
"Do you know that our Western Region's largest nation, the Western Cloud Kingdom, along with one of the five major forces, the Black Magic Sect, has been wiped out?"
"Your news is outdated. It seems that someone from Tazong offended a super strong individual somewhere, and now this super strong individual has come seeking revenge. Unable to confront the entire Tazong alone, he naturally took it out on other forces in our Western Region."
"So it was Tazong that provoked this powerful being? That's outrageous! They got themselves into trouble; why should the entire Eastern Region be dragged into it?"
Everyone began cursing Tazong in indignation because they believed this disaster was entirely brought upon by Tazong, yet it ultimately affected the whole Western Region.
"Young Master Chen, your plan seems to be working!" Yuer said to Xing Chen, sticking out her tongue.
"It's only a preliminary success. The current turmoil isn't enough. Once I eliminate a few more significant forces, Tazong won't be able to sit still," Xing Chen said, a hint of wickedness flashing in his eyes.
"Young Master Chen, what if Tazong gets furious and sends people to attack our Eastern Region?" Yuer asked with some concern.
"You don't need to worry about that. The Eastern Region isn't as vast as the Western Region. The territory of the Eastern Region is only equivalent to the Western Cloud Kingdom we previously destroyed. With the strength of the Hate Emperor, it will be sufficient for defense," Xing Chen replied calmly.
"That's good then," Yuer nodded, her earlier worries dissipating.
"Let's go! We’ll take a stroll around Yan Sect," Xing Chen said, gazing out the window into the distance.
Yan Sect, one of the five major forces in the Eastern Region, although lacking a ruler, still had several Emperors of Thunder Punishment.
Three days later.
Explosive news spread throughout the Western Region once again: one of the five major forces, Yan Sect, had been annihilated, along with several other empires. What drew the most attention was that these incidents seemed to be related to Tazong.
At this moment, nearly everyone knew that the reason for this individual's targeting of the Western Region was due to Tazong and their troubles. Tazong had also made several attempts to explain themselves, but none were effective. The people of the Western Region had grown to hate Tazong immensely; their hatred for Tazong had even surpassed that for the individual who had repeatedly attacked and killed people in the Western Region.
In their minds, they believed that Tazong was the root cause of all these troubles. If it weren't for Tazong, such events would not have occurred, and those forces that were annihilated would not have perished.
A series of events occurred in the Western Region, and it wasn't just the Western Region that was shaken; other regions were also aware that something had happened there, including the Eastern Region.
The Eastern Region!
"The situation in the Western Region must have been caused by Xing Chen. I didn't expect him to be so ruthless as to force the Western Region to hand over the White Tiger Divine Weapon.
