Belche saw that all his personal National Guard had perished and felt that Bel I and Bel IV, the two brothers, were unreliable. He refused their request for rescue and planned to find a way out on his own.
Belche rushed directly from the secret passage of the palace to the Capricorn Planet Command Center. There were no Clones or robots in the Command Center, only loyal officers and soldiers who had fought alongside him. He knew it was too late to mobilize his Fleet from the outskirts of Capricorn Planet, so he pinned his hopes on the guard troops at the Command Center, hoping they could protect him and eliminate Kairuot.

The purpose of Kairuot and Xiao Li coming to Capricorn Planet was to rescue Fair Connie and Fairleya. They did not want to complicate matters before finding their family.
Thus, after eliminating the palace's personal National Guard, they headed straight for the Command Center of Capricorn Planet.
Using the pass provided by Bel I, they smoothly made their way through the palace to the Passage of the Command Center.
The person in charge of the Command Center was Belche's younger brother, Belwen. He had followed his brother since childhood and held an inexplicable admiration for him, regardless of how harshly he treated him. Belwen appeared much smaller than his brother, looking refined and always wearing a smile. However, he was ruthless in his actions and was one of Belche's most capable aides.
After receiving his brother's orders, Belwen strengthened the surveillance at the Command Center. At that moment, he noticed on the monitor that Kairuot and Xiao Li were rushing over. He coldly laughed, "You want to die but can't even find a good place? Coming here to seek death? I will ensure you die without a complete corpse!"
He then ordered the soldiers beside him, "Activate the Laser Cannon and blow them away in the Passage!"
Upon seeing the mouth of the Laser Cannon extend from the end of the Passage, Kairuot quickly threw a Missile toward it. With a loud explosion, the Laser Cannon was destroyed, but both of them were also thrown several meters away by the shockwave.
Getting back on their feet, Kairuot and Xiao Li charged forward through the smoke from the explosion, colliding with a group of Capricorn Soldiers.
These soldiers had no time to react before being knocked down, followed by a chorus of cries. Observing this, Belwen, indifferent to the fate of these soldiers in the Passage, ordered all weapons to fire towards it. Instantly, gunfire erupted as soldiers rushed in with their weapons aimed at the Passage.
After a fierce exchange of gunfire, silence returned to the Passage. The surveillance there had been destroyed, and the lights extinguished, leaving it completely dark. Unable to see whether the intruders had been eliminated, Belwen sent two soldiers to investigate.
The two soldiers cautiously moved forward, occasionally firing into the darkness of the Passage, while also launching flares to illuminate it. However, not long after, these two soldiers disappeared without a trace amidst the flickering light of the flares.

Feeling frightened, Belwen dispatched another team of soldiers this time with a strategy to throw a Nuclear Bomb into the passage—soldiers continuously hurled bombs into it until nearly collapsing it entirely. Believing that this would surely eliminate any intruders, he was still basking in his triumph when suddenly two intruders leaped in front of him. The soldiers around Belwen, caught off guard, were all taken down by rapid explosions and laser fire! Although Belwen managed to dodge quickly, he sustained serious injuries to his shoulder. In just moments, before he could comprehend what was happening, he was captured—
Kairuot pointed a gun at his head and said, "Don't move; if you do, I'll kill you!"
Belwen was afraid of dying, so he had no choice but to raise his hands and surrender.
After Kairuot gained control of the situation, he noticed that Belwen's shoulder was still bleeding. He then pressed a pressure point on him and called Xiao Li to bandage and stop the bleeding.
Subsequently, Kairuot used the Control Center of the Command Center to shout at Belche: “Belche, your Command Center has been occupied by me. If I destroy this place, you can imagine how severe your losses will be. However, if you release Fair Connie and Fairleya, I will withdraw from here to preserve your grand ambitions!”
Belche gritted his teeth and responded, “Kairuot, don’t dream! Just the two of you think you can threaten us? You are overestimating yourselves!”
“Belche, you are still so arrogant. We shall see,” Kairuot said sternly. “You will regret your decision!”
At this moment, Belche, hiding in a corner of a secret passage, spoke through the Controller in his hand to all soldiers: “Our Command Center has been breached by intruders. All Capricorn Soldiers, listen up! You must do everything you can to reclaim it! Whoever captures the Command Center first will be promoted to my deputy and rewarded with endless glory and wealth!”
Bel IV was overjoyed upon hearing this news. He quickly gathered a squad of soldiers he could command and rushed towards the Command Center. Bel I also pretended to command all palace guards of the National Guard to advance towards the Command Center.
Through the control panel of the Command Center, Kairuot changed all the passwords for entering the Passage, preventing the soldiers of Capricorn Planet from accessing it. Naturally, when Bel IV's soldiers attempted to enter the Passage, they were blocked by the doors of the corridor.
In a rush for credit, Bel IV, disregarding everything, ordered the destruction of the corridor doors. He then charged in with his soldiers but was met with chaos as they were bombarded by a remote-controlled Nuclear Bomb from Kairuot. Few of his men survived, and he himself was injured in the explosion. This time, Bel IV learned his lesson and did not charge recklessly… They had no choice but to retreat.
Meanwhile, Bel I entered the palace's secret passage through another route. They cautiously advanced forward and encountered Belche in a corner at a bend in the passage. Seeing his soldiers arrive, Belche was overjoyed. Upon seeing Bel I, he asked, “Why did it take you so long to get here?”
“Your Majesty,” they replied respectfully, “we intended to protect you, but you suddenly went missing, and we didn’t know where to find you. Fortunately, we heard your orders, so I split up with Bel IV and headed towards the Command Center. Luckily we found you here; otherwise, we would have lost track of our king and truly failed in our duty.”
At this moment, Belche couldn’t care less about discerning the truth behind their words and urgently ordered: “You must advance towards the Command Center. We must take it back!”
Just then, a voice from Kairuot came through the receiver of Belche’s Controller: “Belche King, my patience is limited. I give you one hour to deliver Fair Connie and Fairleya to the Command Center. Otherwise, I will blow up your Capricorn Planet.”
Belche did not believe Kairuot: “Don’t try to fool me! What capability do you have to destroy my planet?!”
“Don’t believe me? Heh,” said Kairuot. “Do you know what a Proton Bullet is?”
“Proton Bullet?” laughed Belche. “Haha, I know Mars technology very well. Do you really think you can produce a Proton Bullet! It’s simply delusional!”
“While we may not be able to produce it ourselves, we can acquire it from you,” said Kairuot, as he transmitted an image of a Proton Bullet via surveillance video onto Belche’s controller.
Bel I saw the Proton Bullet displayed on the Controller in Belche's hand and pretended to be shocked, shouting, "Your Majesty, isn't this the Proton Bullet manufactured by us on Capricorn Planet!?"
Belche still didn't believe it: "Is what he is holding really a Proton Bullet?"
"It is real," Bel I replied with certainty. "This is not an exaggeration; its power is enough to destroy three Capricorn Planets... We cannot risk destroying the entire Capricorn Planet for one Fair Connie, or we will be finished too!"
Belche finally began to panic. He shouted to Kairuot through the Controller: "Kairuot, don't get agitated... I promise you, I will release Fair Connie. Just don't do anything rash!"
"And Fairleya, both must be released together!" Kairuot emphasized.
"Fairleya is not with us," Belche replied.
"Where is she?" Kairuot asked.
"She is on Mars, imprisoned by the Fair People. If you don't believe me, you can check the footage I sent you," Belche said, opening a video on his Controller. The video showed -- Fairleya locked in a room, with Feilbolai standing beside her.
"I'll trust you this once. Get Fair Connie to the Command Center as quickly as possible," Kairuot urged.
"Can you give me two hours?" Belche asked.
"No," Kairuot replied firmly. "I will start the timer now. If Fair Connie isn't here in one hour, I will detonate the Proton Bullet, and we will all perish together!"
