After Kairuot, Fairleya, and Li Girl destroyed the alien base at Dragonfall Lodge, the electromagnetic Electronic Interference was gone. A fleet of Martians' Mecha Battleships flew to Dragonfall Lodge. Once the Martian forces eliminated the remaining alien troops, Dragonfall Lodge came under the jurisdiction of Mars Alliance Headquarters.
Fair Connie landed her mecha on the lawn of the Dragon Clan courtyard, where Kairuot, Fairleya, Li Girl, Giant Bell Chunmu, and the unicorn had been waiting for her arrival.
As soon as Fair Connie stepped out of her mecha, Fairleya rushed forward to greet her with a bow and said, "Godmother, we have destroyed the Alien base."
Fair Connie patted Fairleya on the shoulder and said, "Congratulations! You have eliminated a war threat for Mars. You must be rewarded when you return to headquarters!"
Fairleya sighed and lamented, "It's a pity that Bel Six got away."
Kairuot said, "He won't get far; we'll catch him one day."
Fair Connie walked over to Li Girl and Giant Bell Chunmu, shaking their hands and saying, "I am very grateful for your help. Without you, we wouldn't have achieved such a victory."
Li Girl replied, "Aunt Connie, don't say that. Kairuot is exceptional; we are following him closely."
Standing aside, Kairuot scratched his head and said, "From now on, we are a team; there's no need for formality among us."
At that moment, the unicorn quietly approached Kairuot and affectionately nudged him with its head. "Oh, and there's our lovely Kaila," Kairuot said as he stroked Kaila. "She is also a member of our combat team."
"And Osei too!" Li Girl exclaimed joyfully upon seeing this scene.
Kairuot smiled and said, "Yes, and there's Osei, who is also one of us."
After saying that, Kairuot shouted, "Osei! Osei!! Osei!!!..."
A giant dragon appeared in the sky and then landed on the Lawn. Osei came over to Kairuot very obediently, allowing him to stroke its dragon horn. Seeing Fair Connie standing by with a smile but saying nothing, Kairuot said to her, "Osei is my good friend. Godmother, can you tell everyone on Mars not to harm it—it's the guardian of Dragonfall Lodge and also a member of our fighting team."
Fair Connie approached and patted Osei's head, affectionately saying, "Osei, you are my son's good friend and also my good friend! Am I right?"
Osei nodded.
Kairuot felt relieved and said to Osei, "Godmother has seen you now, Osei. You can return to the river; I'll call you if I need anything."
As soon as Kairuot finished speaking, Osei soared into the air and disappeared into the clouds.
Fair Connie looked at the disappearing Osei and said to Kairuot, "Terra, with so many good friends supporting you, you should treat them well."
Li Girl noticed everyone was still standing on the Lawn and said, "Come on, everyone, let's not just stand here. Let's go inside and sit down to talk slowly."
Everyone walked into the Dragon Clan's hall and sat in chairs. Everything in the hall remained unchanged except for a portrait in the main hall that had been replaced with a portrait of Belche, which made Li Girl very angry: "Who is this guy? How dare he hang his portrait here? It's really embarrassing."
Fair Connie informed everyone, "He is the supreme commander of the Bell Family; we have been fighting against him for several decades."
"Is he still on Mars?" Fairleya asked.
"All signs indicate that he is definitely on Mars," Fair Connie said. "I know this guy; he will never give up without fighting to the last moment. He has sent Special Forces to infiltrate Mars multiple times. Although we have thwarted many of his schemes, he has never lost hope, even secretly bringing his spaceship to Mars, dreaming of launching a surprise attack one day. According to the captives we captured, there are four spaceships from Capricornian that entered Mars; we drove away two, destroyed one, and currently, one is missing. Each spaceship is related to a base, so there must be another base of theirs on Mars."
"Then... how can we find the location of this last base?" Li Girl asked.
Fair Connie said, "We have scoured the entire Mars; now, there is only one place we haven't been able to scout—Mars's Bermuda Triangle. This is our only hope."
Kairuot asked, "Where is Mars's Bermuda Triangle?"
"It is located in the eastern Sea Surface of Mars Alliance School. That area is a no-fly zone for Martian spacecraft and sea vessels; all Navigation Devices malfunction when approaching that region. We have detected high-energy electromagnetic radiation in that area. Not only do electronic devices fail when aircraft and ships enter that region, but they also get sucked into massive whirlpools and never come out again. I now suspect this is similar to the previous no-fly zones around Olympus Mountain and Terrifying Forest; it is another zone created by aliens. Our Mecha Unit cannot enter that no-fly zone's Sea Surface; we can only rely on you."
Fairleya asked, "Godmother, if the Mecha Unit can't go in, how can we?"
"You can," Fair Connie said confidently, "because you have Osei and Laka; they are not affected by electromagnetic or Electronic Interference and are not easily detected by alien Radar. Rest assured, we have made thorough preparations on the periphery. Once their electromagnetic and Electronic Interference facilities are destroyed and their whirlpools are disrupted, our troops will immediately launch an attack; they won't be able to escape."
"We also need to carry some special practical weapons and equipment that can destroy important facilities in the base so that once we infiltrate the base, we can at least hold them off for a while."
"I have already planned the equipment you mentioned," Fair Connie said. "After all, you are going in alone; we must consider everything thoroughly. I won't let you venture in without assurance. You should take this time to rest while our reconnaissance system carefully studies the nautical charts again before deciding where you will enter."
