Kairuot woke up feeling something heavy on him. When he opened his eyes, he found Lily tightly hugging him, leaning against his waist. On his left side, Beldan had his arm draped around his neck, while on the right, Fairleya was leaning against his arm, both of them looking blissfully content.
Kairuot felt helpless and gently moved them to lay them on the sofa properly. He didn't want to disturb them, hoping they could sleep a little longer. However, he quickly noticed that the time displayed on the Wristband was nearing dawn... He needed to wake them up quickly; otherwise, they would miss the Passenger Ship to Heavenly Dragon Town.
As soon as the three girls woke up, they hurriedly tidied up the messy room. By the time they finished washing up, there was no time left for breakfast. The group rushed to the dock and barely made it onto the Passenger Ship, which only had one trip a week.
The Passenger Ship sailed swiftly through the waves, with layers of sea foam splashing against the sides of the ship as a flock of seabirds chased after the white froth left behind.
Seeing the scenery over the sea, Li Girl was exceptionally excited and wanted to stay outside on the deck a little longer but was forcibly pulled into the dining area of the Passenger Ship by Beldan.
Inside the dining area of the Passenger Ship, Li Girl chose a seat by the window. While eating breakfast, her eyes were glued to the view outside. She had never seen the ocean before, and everything outside felt fresh and new to her.
Suddenly, she spotted a creature that looked almost human-like appearing on the surface of the sea. She exclaimed, "Look! There's a monster in the sea that looks like Purewood brother!"
Everyone turned to look out the window at her shout but saw nothing.
"It dove into the water," Li Girl pointed towards where the creature had disappeared and quickly explained.
"That must be your imagination," Beldan doubted Li Girl's words. However, just as Beldan finished speaking, a massive wave suddenly rose outside their window, causing the giant passenger ship to sway slightly.
As the wave receded, they saw a giant monster resembling Purewood. This enormous beast had green hair, sharp fangs, and a fierce expression. Its Lightness Skill was remarkable; it ran across the surface of the sea as if it were solid ground while babbling loudly.
Before anyone could process what was happening, the Passenger Ship entered a massive whirlpool and began sinking rapidly towards the ocean floor. The people inside were disoriented from the rapid spinning; many were thrown out of their seats, falling or crashing into walls... Items inside the Passenger Ship were tossed everywhere as people screamed in terror.
The Passenger Ship sank to the seabed and finally stabilized. The large Passenger Ship was pulled into the depths of the ocean. Strangely, not a drop of seawater entered the Passenger Ship. In fear, people turned on the lights inside the Passenger Ship, revealing a scene of chaos in the cabin, while outside was pitch black, as if the entire Passenger Ship was covered by a giant dome.
Kairuot was very clear that their ship had been hijacked. Calmly, he said to the three girls gathered around him, "We have been hijacked. Quickly find a place to hide; don't rush to fight the monsters yet. Let's see what they want first."
The four quickly found a hidden spot on the ceiling of the cabin and climbed onto the isolation panel to hide. Soon after, they felt an extremely unpleasant gas being released from somewhere, and the entire Passenger Ship fell into a deathly silence.
The "Four Great Heroes" on the ceiling used the Breath-Holding Technique to prevent the gas from entering their bodies, and they managed not to be knocked out.
With a flurry of footsteps and chattering voices, a group of monsters, roughly the same size as ordinary Martians, entered the cabin. They began carrying out those who had been knocked unconscious.
Kairuot listened intently and learned that they intended to take the people from the cabin to their Underwater Experiment Base. Once everything calmed down, they came down from the ceiling and quietly followed behind the monsters.
Although they moved stealthily and were not detected by the monsters ahead, they were clearly seen by the monitoring station at the Experimental Base's Command Center. The leader of the Giant Monster on Sea Surface ordered all monsters to do their utmost to capture the four who had slipped through.
When a group of Azure-Fanged Monsters charged at them with weapons drawn, Kairuot and his companions had no choice but to fight back.
Kairuot gently pushed forward with both palms, sending a Laser Beam towards the monsters, instantly taking down several in front. The others rushing forward did not have time to react before being struck down by Fairleia's laser. Seeing this turn of events, other monsters turned to flee but were shot down by Lily's darts. Beldan made a leap forward, quickly using her dual blades to take down two slower monsters behind them.
Seeing that things were going poorly from his command screen, the Giant Monster hurriedly ordered for the gates of the Passage to be closed. But it was too late; with their remarkable Lightness Skill, the four moved swiftly and had already entered the tunnel leading to the base before the gates could close.
Watching as they breached into the base, the Giant Monster had no choice but to take matters into his own hands.
To protect the base, he ordered that a section of tunnel leading to it be sealed off. He shouldered a heavy laser cannon and waited at the gate. His keen ears picked up rapid footsteps approaching in the tunnel; realizing Kairuot and his companions were close, he crouched down and fired a Laser Projectile deep into the tunnel.
Driven by instinct, Kairuot, who was at the forefront, sensed an overwhelming energy approaching him. He immediately activated the powerful Cosmic Wave Energy protective barrier within him! At the same time, he struck forward with both palms, unleashing a powerful Laser Beam. The two beams collided not far down the tunnel, resulting in a massive explosion that collapsed the entire tunnel. A tremendous shockwave knocked both sides to the ground, and a torrent of seawater surged in, flooding the entire tunnel.
The Giant Monster laughed maniacally, believing that those in the tunnel were doomed and had been killed by his Laser Cannon... But to his surprise, these individuals not only survived but also appeared before him, firing lasers at him. Although the underwater lasers were significantly weakened, they still inflicted pain on the Giant Monster, causing blood to pour from his injured arm. In a panic, he dropped his Laser Cannon and fled in disarray.
At this point in the battle, Kairuot and his companions could not let the monster escape! The four pursued relentlessly to the Sea Surface. Li Girl threw a dart at him, which he easily deflected. Beldan unleashed his dual blades, striking at the monster's vital points. Unfortunately, the monster's tough hide rendered these attacks ineffective.
It seemed that this monster was no ordinary foe; taking advantage of Beldan's momentary distraction, it seized Beldan's right wrist and swung him around twice. Just as it intended to harm Beldan, Kairuot rushed in with incredible speed. Channeling his inner strength, he struck the monster's chest with his left palm while using his right hand—fingers together like a blade—to slash at the monster's hand that was gripping Beldan. This strike was far more powerful than Beldan's real blade, causing the monster's hand to go numb and nearly knocking the wind out of it. It had no choice but to release Beldan.
As the monster prepared to retaliate against Kairuot, another laser from Fairleya struck it, adding another wound to its chest. The monster could only retreat; at that moment, Lily's darts targeted its eyes, forcing it to defend itself clumsily.
They battled fiercely with the monster on the Sea Surface, creating waves that crashed around them. The monster had sustained numerous injuries from gunfire and was gradually feeling exhausted. Suddenly, it flipped and dove into the water. It swam away so quickly that it left behind the Experimental Base, disappearing without a trace.
Without their leader, the minions had no will to fight; some ran away while others fled, allowing Kairuot and his companions to quickly take control of the Experimental Base. They discovered that this base was where captured Martians were genetically modified into monsters for extraterrestrial use.
The four revived everyone on the Passenger Ship and used a submersible to safely transfer all passengers onto it. They then activated the ascent device to bring the Passenger Ship back to the surface.
After ensuring the safety of the Passenger Ship, Kairuot and the three young women energetically began their destructive rampage against the base. Anything they found displeasing was smashed without mercy; they destroyed everything they could find. In the end, they used weapons and ammunition from within the Experimental Base to completely obliterate it.
Once they finished their destruction and floated back to the surface, looking out over the vast ocean, they regretted their foolishness in not leaving themselves a way back home. With their skills, both Kairuot and Fairleya could fly up into the sky using their Lightness Skill and return on floating clouds. However, while Beldan and Li Girl could also use their skills, their powers were still too weak for prolonged flight; returning would be too difficult for them.
As they pondered their predicament, a signal appeared on Kairuot's Wristband. It was a call from Godmother. He hurriedly informed her of their situation. Before long, a Military Mecha hovered above them and brought them back to the Mars Alliance School.
