He secretly established Alien bases on Mars, conducted biological genetic mutation experiments and control research, created the Terrifying Forest, set up electronic and electromagnetic flight exclusion zones, and dispatched special operatives to install Controllers in important figures. Everything was going smoothly; in a few years, once his underwater genetic mutation laboratory's mutated forces reached a certain number, he planned to launch a surprise attack on Mars Alliance Headquarters. He intended to seize control of the headquarters and use the number of Controllers they possessed to remotely command these political figures in coordinated actions, thereby achieving control over all of Mars.

Belche also sensed unusual movements among the Martians; both Mars Alliance Headquarters and Mars Alliance School Hospital were abnormally busy. He wanted to infiltrate the hospital for information but nearly got captured by heavily guarded hospital sentries. Injured, Belche had no choice but to take another risk and return to Small Grove in search of Kailong for further information—

Kairuo Zun was originally the only Elder from the Kairo Tribe unwilling to attend the Mars Alliance Headquarters meeting due to being under Kailong's control. However, he ultimately couldn't resist being forcibly sent to the hospital for treatment under the pretext of showing symptoms of a brain disease outbreak. With things reaching this point, Belche felt powerless; Kairuo Zun's symptoms completely disappeared, freeing him from Kailong's control.
What a slip-up! This Belzun the Elder had ruined Belche's century-long foundation on Mars. He would never let him off easily.
