"You soak for a bit, and I'll bring you some hot water later."
After saying this, Yang Ying quickly ran away. It seemed that no matter how tough she was, she still retained a hint of modesty typical of a girl.
Various medicinal scents invaded Wei Yuan's nostrils. He couldn't even tell how many herbs were added to this medicinal bath. Moreover, Yang Ying had been doing the same exercise and soaking in the medicinal bath at least once a week for two or three months straight. When he calculated it all up, spending eight thousand dollars didn't seem like he was being a cuckold after all.
Having been thoroughly exhausted from what felt like devilish training, Wei Yuan finally found a moment to relax. He took off his sweaty shirt and the sports shorts he was wearing, then jumped into the medicinal bath. The enveloping warmth was something that could only be described as blissful.

Yang Ying thought about it and said to Wei Yuan, "Then I'll put it aside. After I go out, you can add it yourself."
"There's no need to go through all that trouble. I'll stand up while you pour in the water, and then I'll get back in," Wei Yuan suggested.
When Yang Ying heard this, she almost jumped up and poured the boiling water over Wei Yuan's head: "Let me tell you, if you dare to act lewdly, I will make sure your next life is miserable."
As Yang Ying placed the kettle aside, she extended two fingers with one hand while gripping those fingers with her other hand. She glanced at Wei Yuan's lower body and then mimicked a tearing motion with her fingers.
This gesture immediately startled Wei Yuan into jumping up. He knew very well that she was a fierce woman capable of catching mice with her bare hands; those two fingers must have had special significance. Just thinking about it made him tremble with fear.
Seeing Wei Yuan jump up, Yang Ying was about to explode when she noticed he was still wearing boxers. She calmed down instantly; after all, such scenes weren't uncommon at the beach when swimming.
However, Yang Ying soon said something that shocked Wei Yuan: "Who told you to wear pants?"
Wei Yuan weakly asked, "Do you really want to see me without them?"
Yang Ying angrily said, "Do you know how long it took me to gather all the herbs for this medicinal bath? They have miraculous effects on many important parts of your body. Are you wearing pants right now because it means some parts of you aren't that important?"
Wei Yuan was overjoyed to hear this and replied, "Then I’ll hurry and take them off!"
Yang Ying quickly shouted, "No! Wait until I add water before you go out."
At that moment, Yang Ying filled the medicinal bath with hot water, and it immediately began to steam. Remembering what she said while drinking black-bone chicken soup earlier, Wei Yuan jokingly teased, "Do you want to come in and soak together? After all, I’m the one paying for it; I’m very open-minded about this!"
What was meant to be a joke turned serious when Yang Ying heard it. She raised two fingers and made a gesture that silenced Wei Yuan completely.
Wei Yuan clearly remembered the previous night when he watched a sitcom called "Love Apartment" with Yang Ying. He felt that the character played by Hu Yifei, although well-acted, would be much better suited for Yang Ying!
That character seemed tailor-made for her, just like Guo Furong from "Wulin Waizhuan"; if Yang Ying played that role, it would be a perfect fit!
Thinking of Yang Ying's words, Wei Yuan quickly took off his boxers and jumped back into the medicinal bath. The herbs inside had miraculous effects on various important parts of the body, so he eagerly scooped up some of the herbal mixture and poured it over a certain area...
He only climbed out of the bath when the hot water had cooled down again. Wrapping himself in a towel, he suddenly realized he didn’t have any clean clothes to change into.

Upon hearing this, Yang Ying continued sitting in the living room watching her TV show. After drying himself thoroughly with the towel and while still warm from the bath, Wei Yuan found a pair of pants to wear and then snuggled into bed, falling into a deep sleep.
After intense exercise and a hot shower, taking a nice long nap was definitely a good idea. Unfortunately for Wei Yuan, his sweet dreams did not come true. Just as he was drifting off into slumber, his phone rang suddenly.
"Damn it! Is this phone just out to get me?" Wei Yuan, still groggy, cursed without checking who was calling.
A magnetic female voice came from the other end of the line: "Is Han Ling there?"
"Who are you?" Wei Yuan thought about everyone he knew who had any connection to Han Ling, and besides her mother, there was no one else.
Although this woman deliberately mimicked Han Ling's mother's voice, Wei Yuan could still tell it was someone younger!
