This is a gilded wooden Weituo Bodhisattva Statue, only sixty centimeters tall, and both arms are broken, resembling the Venus de Milo.
However, it possesses a spiritual essence and charm; this small Wooden Statue contains an incredible amount of spirituality, even more than the Guanyin Statue at Shuiyue Zen Temple!
"So it's you!" Shen Yuan felt as if he had stumbled upon a treasure!
This Weituo Bodhisattva Statue was once enshrined at Bamboo Grove Temple for countless years. It was lost during several reconstructions and buried in the ground, only to be excavated a century ago. During that time of suffering in Huaxia, it was taken to Japan by a Japanese officer, where it received decades of worship before returning to Pengcheng and Bamboo Grove Temple.
Legend has it that it once prevented a massacre, saving hundreds of thousands of people in Pengcheng!
Of course, not many know this history now. The Weituo Bodhisattva Statue has been well-preserved by Zhulinsi and rarely shown to the public, receiving little worship; otherwise, its spiritual essence would surely be even stronger.
"So it's you! Unfortunately, the spiritual essence is too strong, making it impossible to activate," Shen Yuan said with a bitter smile.

Western Chu Hegemon Xiang Yu once made Pengcheng the capital of the Chu state. Later, Han Xin led troops to defeat Xiang Yu, and Liu Bang appointed Han Xin as King of Chu, with the capital located in what was then Xia Pi, now known as Suicheng.
Later on, Empress Lu killed Han Xin, and Liu Bang appointed his brother Liu Jiao as the King of Chu, establishing the capital in Pengcheng.
The tombs of generations of Kings of Chu are located in Pengcheng. Among them, the most famous is the Lion Mountain Chu King Tomb of King Liu Wu of Chu from the Wu-Chu Rebellion, which is here.
Inside this tomb, there is something that can almost rival the Terracotta Army of Qin Shi Huang...
The Han Dynasty Horse Figurine!
This is an unfinished tomb. At that time, King Liu Wu of Chu died before his rebellion could succeed. His relatives were worried about the imperial decree being issued, and since Liu Wu could not build a tomb according to royal standards, they immediately gathered a large number of skilled craftsmen who worked day and night to construct King Chu's Tomb. In the end, it was never completed; even Liu Wu's coffin was placed in a small chamber rather than the main burial chamber.
Shen Yuan had little interest in King Chu's Tomb.
After the Great Earthquake, King Chu's Tomb was already damaged, and most of the valuable artifacts inside had been removed, now housed in the nearby Han Dynasty Horse Figurine Museum.
This museum is quite good; surprisingly, it did not collapse. The Stone Lion broke through the door, and Shen Yuan saw hundreds or even thousands of Han Dynasty Horse Figurines.
The Terracotta Army of Qin Shi Huang is life-sized, with all parts of the figurines produced separately and then assembled, which is why they look quite uniform. However, the Han Dynasty Horse Figurines are different.
The Han Dynasty Horse Figurines have more artistic flair; they come in various sizes, with very few being life-sized. Most are only half the size of a normal person or even smaller. They were made by different craftsmen, resulting in both clay and wooden statues. The fabric clothing has long since decayed, leaving behind figurines with diverse expressions, postures, and appearances.
In terms of craftsmanship alone, the Han Dynasty Horse Figurines are certainly superior to the Qin Terracotta Army; however, for Shen Yuan, the Han Dynasty Horse Figurines... do not compare to the Qin Terracotta Army.
Because King Liu Wu of Chu is far from being comparable to Qin Shi Huang!
Thus, the spiritual essence contained within the Han Dynasty Horse Figurines is certainly not as profound as that of the Qin Terracotta Army!
For Shen Yuan, these small Han Dynasty Horse Figurines are not very useful!
Shen Yuan quickly moved through the museum, touching each one, and soon discovered that all the Terracotta Warriors here had a certain spirit and vitality, though to varying degrees. Some of the warriors were palm-sized and could be activated easily, but once activated, they were of little use, likely only equivalent to a Level 0 Mutant Beast.
