Wanlai Plaza, a real estate developer that has risen in the last decade, has established Wanlai Plazas in hundreds of cities across the country, with only one located in Pengcheng.
Each Wanlai Plaza follows a largely identical architectural model:
The second basement level is a parking lot and civil defense facility, the first basement level houses a large supermarket and part of the parking lot, levels 1 to 5 are filled with various shops in the commercial plaza, and above that are two independent office buildings, from levels 6 to 33.
