Qiluo Ling walked into the lobby on the first floor of the building. The spacious and bright lobby was bustling with people, and sunlight streamed through the glass doors, shining deep into the lobby and reflecting off the silver columns, creating a dazzling light reminiscent of finely crafted silverware. 0

As Qiluo Ling was looking around, a tall and sturdy security guard approached her and politely asked whom she was looking for. 0

Qiluo Ling suddenly froze. She had only followed the clues from the third movement of Demonic Music to find the portrait of a girl. Now that she was at Cui Group, she didn't know anyone and had no idea who to look for. Just as she hesitated, a young woman in a blue dress walked over to her with a smile. 0

"Hello, are you Miss Qi?" 0

Qiluo Ling was slightly surprised and nodded, saying, "Yes." 0

"Miss Qi, please follow me; President Cui is waiting for you in his office." 0

Before Qiluo Ling could respond, the young woman smiled and gestured for her to follow, turning around and walking ahead. Qiluo Ling quickly followed behind the woman in the blue dress to the elevator, which took them to the fourth floor of the building. 0

They walked through a long, bright, empty corridor until they reached a luxurious golden door. The young woman stopped, turned around, and politely gestured for her to enter before leaving. 0

Feeling somewhat nervous, Qiluo Ling hesitated for a few seconds but eventually knocked on the door. There seemed to be no response from inside, so she knocked again. After a while, a deep voice finally called out, "Please come in." 0

Qiluo Ling pushed open the door and stepped inside. The room was spacious and luxurious. Upon entering, there was an impressive piece of deep red root sculpture art, leading into the hallway of the room. To the left were various wine cabinets with bottles sparkling under the golden light, while to the right stood tall redwood bookshelves neatly lined with books of varying thickness. 0

As she walked through the hallway, Qiluo Ling saw a middle-aged man in his forties or fifties sitting at a luxurious desk in the center of the room. In that moment, fragmented memories flashed through Qiluo Ling's mind like shooting stars. The speed was so fast that she couldn't grasp any remnants of those memories. 0

When Choi Ji-woo saw Qiluo Ling for the first time, he was taken aback. The young woman's features were strikingly similar to those of his deceased mother, Dun Shumei, causing a slight tremor in his heart. The image of Dun Shumei immediately surfaced in his mind, making him feel as if he were dreaming. Long-buried memories swiftly opened a door, forcefully pulling him into another time and space... 0

Qiluo Ling slowly approached Choi Ji-woo's office, intending to say something politely. She suddenly noticed that the middle-aged man was staring at her intently. Under his sharp gaze that seemed to see through everything about her, Qiluo Ling felt uneasy. Clearing her throat, she broke the silence between them: "Hello, are you President Cui of Cui Group?" 0

"Yes," Choi Ji-woo replied after a few seconds of blankness, as if awakening from a deep dream. 0

"It’s a pleasure to meet you, President Cui. May I ask, do we know each other?" Qiluo Ling asked with a smile. 0

Choi Ji-woo looked at her with a complex expression and said, "I know you; perhaps you do not know me." 0

"Oh." Qiluo Ling raised an eyebrow and said, "In that case, President Cui must have some understanding of my situation. So I will not beat around the bush and get straight to the point regarding your company's intentions." 0

"Please go ahead." 0

"I am here to seek President Cui's assistance," Qiluo Ling said sincerely, staring into his eyes. 0

"Assistance? What kind of assistance?" Choi Ji-woo asked calmly. 0

"The purpose of my visit is to find a painting," Qiluo Ling replied. 0

"A painting?" Choi Ji-woo frowned. This answer surprised him somewhat. 0

"Yes." 0

"I have heard that President Cui particularly enjoys collecting famous paintings." 0

"Yes, collecting art, especially famous paintings, is my hobby." 0

"I heard that President Cui has a Portrait of a young girl." 0

"A Portrait of a young girl?" Choi Ji-woo tried to recall. 0

"Yes, the girl in the Portrait is very beautiful, and most importantly, there is a butterfly pattern on her exposed upper right arm," Qiluo Ling added. 0

Upon hearing Qiluo Ling's description, Choi Ji-woo looked at her in astonishment. 0

Qiluo Ling, fearing he still didn't understand, quickly rolled up her right sleeve to reveal her butterfly birthmark and said, "It's exactly the same butterfly pattern as my birthmark." 0

After a long silence, Choi Ji-woo asked, "Why are you looking for this painting?" 0

"Because... because the woman in the painting saved me," Qiluo Ling thought for a moment before answering. 0

"What? You've seen her? Where is she now?" Choi Ji-woo looked at her excitedly, trying to stand up from the chair but forgetting about his mobility issues. 0

"Yes, when I saw her, she was lying in a hospital in Poland, having been asleep for over twenty years. Unfortunately, she passed away last week," Qiluo Ling said apologetically. 0

Choi Ji-woo's expression quickly dimmed, and his face turned pale. To conceal his distress, he turned his head to look out the window. After a long time, he turned back to look at Qiluo Ling, with tears glistening in the corners of his eyes. 0

"I'll take you to a place," Choi Ji-woo said, his tone slightly melancholic. 0
