Three people gathered together to whisper among themselves. In reality, there was nothing much to discuss; faced with the powerful oppression of the Formal Wizard, they had no choice but to agree unless they wanted to face extinction. 0

Since signing the contract, the Fire Elemental Clan had attempted to resist, but it was futile. 0

Even if an occasional Fire Elemental Elder broke through their limits to become a Formal Wizard-level powerhouse, it still made no difference. 0

As a special race relying on their strong bodies and innate abilities in combat, even if Fire Elementals became Formal Wizards, the number of Fire Element abilities they could master would not exceed ten. 0

In contrast, human wizards had nearly a hundred powerful spells at their disposal. 0

Without the nearly limitless accumulation of profound knowledge that human wizards possessed, and lacking the bizarre equipment that human wizards could continuously produce, they would never be able to compete with humans of the same level. They would forever be trapped in a fate of being controlled by human wizards. 0

Thus, every powerhouse with Formal Wizard-level strength ultimately ended up being taken away by Boris, becoming his subordinates, never to appear again. 0

"Alright, but please wait a moment, my lord. You arrived a bit early this time, and we haven't prepared yet. How about I take you around for a bit?" 0

"Sure, I haven't been to the Lava Secret Realm before, so I plan to take a good look around here." 0

Since Daniel said so, they had no reason to refuse. The Grand Elder Amos personally accompanied Daniel to tour the Lava Secret Realm while the other two elders went to prepare offerings. 0

The Grand Elder showed Daniel around the Lava Secret Realm, allowing him to fully appreciate its scenery. Among other things, the nearly endless Magma Sea was truly magnificent. The boundless Magma formed an ocean that radiated immense heat—almost unimaginable. 0

Suddenly, Daniel noticed something amiss; there were several important locations that the Grand Elder did not take him to visit. Those places were likely their key sites, hiding the secrets of the Fire Elemental Clan. 0

Daniel initially did not intend to delve deeper into this matter. However, as he mapped out the places he had visited, he felt an uncanny sense of familiarity. 0

Daniel checked in the chip and found a significant similarity to a Fire Mage Array. 0

The Magic Array itself was modeled after the Fire Mage Array, created with various abilities. 0

He didn't expect to discover one here as well. 0

A secret that the Fire Elemental Clan desperately wanted to hide must be significant. Daniel then pointed to a location and said, "Why don't we go take a look there?" 0

Elder Amos's expression immediately turned grim, but he couldn't do anything about it; after all, he was inferior. He had no choice but to lead Daniel on a tour. 0

Daniel then pointed out several more places. Although Amos didn't want to take him there, he had no choice but to show him around one by one. 0

However, in Daniel's mind, the traces of the Fire Mage Array became increasingly evident. Finally, when Daniel stood before a giant stone stalactite, he snorted and smiled, saying: 0

"Just as my mentor guessed, you Fire Elemental Clan have quite the audacity to hide such a big secret. It should be eliminated." 0

Amos's face changed dramatically, and flames surged around him, revealing his inner turmoil. After a while, he managed to calm down and awkwardly defended himself, saying, "My lord, what do you mean? I don't understand." 0

"If you don't understand, let me tell you. Do you know why my mentor ordered me to come here?" 0

Amos shook his head; he was puzzled as well. Previously sent envoys all possessed the strength of Third-Level Wizard Apprentices. Why was a Second-Level Wizard Apprentice sent this time, especially one who was his personal disciple? 0

"That's because I have good research in the area of Magic Arrays; I am the most talented apprentice in the empire. The places I asked you to take me to are likely Fire Mage Arrays. You have kept it quite hidden." 0

He drew a few lines on the ground, and a simple Magic Array formed on the surface. It turned out to be a schematic of the Fire Mage Array here. 0

"No way, there is no Fire Mage Array here. My lord, you are overthinking it." 0

"Don't look back until the end. Fine, if I destroy this Stalactite, what will happen?" 0

Amos's expression darkened. This Stalactite was an important node of the Magic Array; once destroyed, it would be a tremendous disaster for them. In fact, the existence of this Lava Secret Realm relied on this Fire Mage Array. 0

He could only nod in acknowledgment that there was indeed a Fire Mage Array here. 0

Daniel breathed a sigh of relief. If it weren't for his extensive knowledge, he wouldn't have thought that there could be a Fire Mage Array here. 0

After all, Fire Mage Arrays were extremely rare; most people had never even heard of them, let alone seen one. 0

Daniel strode away from the pillar and walked toward a certain location. Amos wanted to stop him, but Daniel was not willing to listen and charged forward. Amos didn't dare to really do anything to Daniel and could only watch helplessly as he reached the center of the Magic Array, on a massive rock. 0

The surface area of the rock was the Gathering Place of the Fire Elemental Clan; it seemed unremarkable, just an ordinary square. However, Daniel had already made a guess and would not be deceived by the scenery before him. 0

He extended his hands and suddenly thrust them into the ground, lifting upward with great force. Powerful magic surged, and instantly, the entire surface of the rock was torn away. A large amount of rock fell into the Magma Sea, splashing countless Magma. 0

At the same time, the secrets that the Fire Elemental Clan had desperately hidden surfaced before him. 0

The entire rock was actually composed of dozens of smaller rocks, merely covered by a thin layer of stone on top. In the middle was a pool formed by Magma. 0

Of course, it only looked like Magma; in reality, it was all composed of fire elements. A massive amount of fire elements gathered together, compressed and liquefied by the Magic Array, ultimately forming this pool. 0

The Wizard Tower had an Element Pool built to gather elements. But even after hundreds of years, it would be impossible to accumulate so many fire elements. 0

At the very center was a Red Lotus. 0

Not even a Wizard Apprentice like him could resist claiming this place for himself; even a Formal Wizard would want to take possession of it. It wasn't that they lacked shame; rather, the benefits within were simply too great. 0

Just the sheer volume of the Fire Element Pool was enough for them to struggle for hundreds of years. Moreover, at the bottom of the Element Pool, due to the long-term liquefaction and compression of the fire element, concentrated Elemental Crystals had already formed. 0

These were valuable magic crystals, each worth a considerable amount. 0

Daniel saw a thick layer spread out below, but he had no idea how many there were. 0

However, his actions immediately provoked the anger of the Fire Elemental Clan. The remaining two Fire Elemental Elders led all the members of the Fire Elemental Clan to gather here in response to the commotion. 0

They fixed their furious gazes on Daniel, waiting for the Grand Elder's command to kill him. 0

The secret that the Fire Elemental Clan relied on for survival had been exposed; they were capable of anything. 0

But the Grand Elder stopped them. With blood-red eyes fixed on Daniel, he coldly asked, "What do you want?" 0

It wasn't that he didn't want to kill and silence him; it was that he dared not. The tragic fate over the years had already told the Fire Elemental Clan that they were merely a group of slaves raised by Lord Boris. The only outcome of rebellion was extermination; they couldn't even escape. Time and again, their attempts at resistance had been met with brutal suppression, breaking their spirits long ago. 0

"You have some insight. I can go back and tell my mentor that no Fire Mage Array has been discovered here, but I wonder what price you are willing to pay for this." 0

"Kill him! Kill him!" 0

A group of Fire Elementals shouted angrily, their emotions running high. 0

Daniel, however, remained unafraid, his eyes locked onto the Grand Elder. 0

"Fine, we are willing to pay one hundred Elemental Crystals and six pieces of Mithril..." 0

"No deal. I want one-tenth of the Elemental Crystals inside and that Lotus Seed produced by the central lotus." 0

"No, you can have anything you want, but the Lotus Seed absolutely cannot be given to you." 0

The lotus flower in the center is from the Fire Elemental Clan, a strange plant that has existed since its inception. They have yet to determine exactly what it is. However, it is known that the Lotus Seed produced has an important effect on enhancing Mental Power. 0

Daniel knows what this is; it is said to be a type of Elemental Red Lotus from another world, which only grows in places with the most concentrated elemental energy. One Lotus Seed can enhance an apprentice's Mental Power by five to nine points. 0

This is an incredible number. Jim has worked hard for two years and has only managed to increase his Mental Power by five points. 0

He is considered talented in the academy, and his rate of improvement is relatively fast. 0

Given this, one Lotus Seed can be equivalent to three or four years of effort for others. Moreover, the most important thing is that using a Lotus Seed to enhance Mental Power has no side effects. 0

Ordinary potions, no matter how well they are crafted by a Pharmacist, inevitably contain some toxins. In the short term, it may not be noticeable, but over time, if too many potions are consumed, problems will arise. 0

This is unavoidable, so even though Daniel can craft potions, he has never used a single one. 0

His strength is increasing rapidly, and while he worries about his fast improvement on one hand, the main reason for his concern is still the fear of toxins. However, there are no such issues with the Lotus Seed. 0
