Zhou Pingyong's mysterious demeanor indeed piqued Shi Hao's interest.
"Alright, but I can only give you fifteen minutes. After that, I have to go to the entrance to meet my superior," Shi Hao said, glancing at his watch.
"Fifteen minutes is enough. By the way, Colonel Shi, may I ask, your superior should be a Major General, right?" Zhou Pingyong inquired cautiously.

Not daring to pry further, Zhou Pingyong decided to get straight to the point as he moved aside with Shi Hao.
"Colonel Shi, I need to report my god-nephew," Zhou Pingyong said earnestly, looking directly at Shi Hao.
Shi Hao frowned, internally scoffing at the absurdity of reporting a god-nephew. Why would he bring such matters to him? But he held his tongue and allowed Zhou Pingyong to continue.
"My god-nephew is a murderer. To my knowledge, he has killed several people, and all of them were sons of Underground Bosses," Zhou Pingyong continued.
At this point, Shi Hao couldn't help but interject.
"Heh, Zhou, your god-nephew sounds quite formidable. But shouldn't such matters be reported elsewhere? You really shouldn't bring this to me; I don't handle criminal cases," Shi Hao chuckled. Truthfully, he had little regard for those Underground Bosses in Huaxia, so hearing that Zhou Pingyong's god-nephew had killed their sons secretly pleased him.
"Colonel Shi, this isn't just any criminal case. My god-nephew has learned some unusual skills and martial arts from somewhere. He has the ability to kill those Underground Bosses' sons without fear of retaliation because they are all intimidated by him. I've made the difficult decision to report him out of concern that he might continue down this wrong path," Zhou Pingyong declared with a righteous air.
"Unusual skills?" Shi Hao raised an eyebrow in surprise; if this was indeed a case of extraordinary abilities, it would certainly warrant his attention.
In Huaxia, incidents involving extraordinary abilities and martial arts conflicts were not managed by the police or military but rather by the Dragon Martial Institute. The police and military merely assisted them. However, in recent years, martial conflicts had mostly been resolved internally by those involved without attracting official scrutiny.
"Yes, I don't know where he learned these unusual skills. He now dares to use them for murder. I'm worried he might do something detrimental to Huaxia in the future," Zhou Pingyong said sincerely, omitting any mention of his grievances with Jiang Chen's family and portraying himself as a noble individual willing to sacrifice familial ties for the peace of Huaxia.
Zhou Pingyong's acting was quite convincing; at least Shi Hao believed him.
After pondering deeply for a moment, Shi Hao replied, "Incidents involving extraordinary abilities are not within my purview. However, you're in luck; my superior will be arriving shortly. He specializes in handling such cases."
"That would be perfect!" Zhou Pingyong exclaimed excitedly.
"Please wait here for now. When my superior arrives, I'll take you to meet him and see what he has to say. But your spirit of sacrificing personal ties for the greater good is commendable," Shi Hao praised him with a nod.
