"Hey! It's you!" Mo Wen exclaimed with delight as he looked at the wooden box in his hands. This box was the same one that had originally contained Xiu Mu. Although he still hadn't figured out the magic circle on the box, it didn't hinder its purpose of holding this item. Besides, he had no intention of keeping it for long; he would use it when the time was right. He took out a storage bag and placed the blood-colored stone, which was as large as a basin, into it, tying the bag shut before putting it back into the box. He carefully closed the lid and set the box aside before sitting down to meditate. 0

The blood-colored stone inside the box was none other than the source of spiritual power. After entering the cave and moving through Xiao Shan, he had gone down first and then up, arriving at this cave. This cave was about the same size as his own cave, and the blood-colored stone was located right in the center. Thus, he had discovered it immediately upon entering. 0

"Haha! So refreshing!" After half a month's time, Mo Wen awoke from his meditation, feeling as if he had just woken from a deep sleep. He felt incredibly refreshed; after half a month of cultivating in the Ning Shen Realm, he had firmly entered the later stage. At this moment, all the spiritual power in the cave had been absorbed by him. Stretching lazily, he got up to inspect his surroundings. Since he had been focused on that blood-colored stone since entering, he hadn't yet taken a good look at the entire cave. If this were anywhere else, it could have put him in extreme danger. After a thorough examination, he found that outside the cave led directly into the Lava Sea; there probably wouldn't be any hidden places left. He picked up the box from the ground and crawled out of the cave. 0

Inside his cave, the wooden box was placed on a stone table, with wisps of blue smoke rising from an incense burner nearby. Mo Wen sat down and sipped tea. The greatest gain from this exploration of the cave was indeed what lay inside the box. He hadn't yet taken a close look at that blood-colored stone and didn't know why it emitted such pure spiritual power. While in the cave, he had speculated that it might be the legendary Divine Crystal; however, upon further reflection, that seemed impossible. From what he understood, Divine Crystals were generally only about the size of an infant's fist. Although someone at a high realm could condense several Divine Crystals, they would never be able to condense one this large. Moreover, Divine Crystals weren't blood-colored—so what exactly was this blood-colored stone? For a moment, he found himself without an answer and felt a chill run down his spine thinking about how much spiritual power he had already absorbed from it. 0

He laid out a magic circle on the cloth and opened the box. Taking out his storage bag, he untied it and gently placed the stone on the table for a closer inspection. He had done this countless times over these past few days but still couldn't confirm anything or perhaps felt that it was unlikely. 0

The stone was entirely blood-colored, smooth and lustrous under the light's reflection. If not for its emanation of pure spiritual power, it would undoubtedly be considered a top-quality jade. From what he knew about this world, people did not value jade highly; otherwise, such high-grade jade would surely fetch a good price. Thinking of this made Mo Wen feel somewhat disappointed. 0

"Uh... but this isn't jade at all; why would I want to sell it? What's wrong with me?" Mo Wen thought to himself in confusion, wishing he could slap himself for thinking about exchanging everything for money. It seemed like he wasn't really poor now—or ever had been—but why did he always feel like he belonged to a different world than others? 0
