Mo Wen was busy within the mountain, carving out passageways that resembled ventilation holes of a furnace. Although he had visited Old Qilin's Cave, which was sealed and filled with numerous Ling Crystals, he could not afford such extravagance. Instead, he opted for this method to facilitate the flow of spiritual energy within the cave. After laying down layers of Magic Circles and inspecting everything, he felt relieved that the cultivation site hidden within the mountain could not be discovered from the outside. He then settled Xiao Hei inside.
Looking at Xiao Hei, who was still sleeping in the center of the Magic Circle, Mo Wen let out a long breath. After being placed in the new cave, the flames that had been raging around Xiao Hei in the Square Inch World began to recede. Seeing this, Mo Wen felt a bit anxious and hurriedly checked again before calming down; there was nothing unusual with Xiao Hei. The issue seemed to stem from the Square Inch World, where the internal Magic Circle could only absorb external spiritual energy, which was mixed and chaotic. Although Jade Body Realm wasn't particularly impressive, given his current strength, obtaining beast bones from that realm would require scavenging. Looking at these skeletons made him think that if another storm came his way, his harvest would surely be even more abundant. Or perhaps if he managed to kill a Jade Body Realm Demon Beast, its meat would surely be delicious. At this thought, he couldn't help but swallow hard and shiver; after all, he had been chased by a Jade Body Realm Demon Beast for several days—the experience was anything but pleasant. If it weren't for encountering another Jade Body Realm Demon Beast that engaged in battle with it, who knows what fate awaited him?
