As they approached the target area, the surrounding seawater grew increasingly murky, and visibility plummeted. The Dragon Clan Soldiers illuminated the path ahead with specially designed crystal lamps. Finally, they caught sight of the outline of the Underwater Concert Hall, along with some unidentified objects surrounding it.
These were enormous, translucent Jellyfish-like Creatures, each the size of a house. They floated around the Underwater Concert Hall, their tentacles extending into its structure as if siphoning something from it.
What was most astonishing was that the insides of these creatures glowed with a flickering blue light, identical to the strange luminescence observed on the surface of the sea.
"What are those?" Nezha asked in shock.
Ao Bing shook his head. "I've never seen such creatures; they don't belong to any known marine species."
The captain of the Dragon Clan Reconnaissance Team cautiously approached a smaller Jellyfish-like Creature, attempting to collect a sample. Just as he made contact with the creature, a flash of blue light erupted, and he was thrown back by a powerful shockwave, crashing heavily against a distant rock.
"Captain!" The other team members rushed to assist him.
Ao Bing pulled Nezha back warily. "Danger! Stay away from those creatures!"
But Nezha's attention was drawn to another discovery. "Ao Bing, look over there!" He pointed towards the central stage of the Underwater Concert Hall. "What is that?"
Following Nezha's gesture, Ao Bing saw a humanoid silhouette standing at the center of the stage, enveloped in blue light. Due to the distance and murky water, he couldn't make out the person's features.
"There's someone there!" Ao Bing exclaimed in surprise. "We need to get closer."
The two carefully maneuvered around the Jellyfish-like Creatures and swam toward the Underwater Concert Hall. As they drew nearer, the humanoid figure became clearer.
"Is that... Shen Gongbao?" Nezha whispered in disbelief.
Indeed, standing at the center of the stage was their old acquaintance Shen Gongbao—the historical professor who had been purified by Pure Soul Fire and lost his demonic powers. But now he appeared entirely different, radiating an eerie blue light, his eyes transformed into pure blue as if possessed by some force.
"Impossible!" Ao Bing said in shock. "His demonic powers should have been completely sealed!"
At that moment, Shen Gongbao seemed to sense their presence and turned toward them. A faint smile crept onto his lips—one that did not belong to a human.
"Welcome back, my dear students," Shen Gongbao's voice echoed strangely through the water. "You have arrived just in time to witness a historic moment!"
Nezha asked cautiously, "What are you doing? Why are you siphoning seawater?"
Shen Gongbao laughed heartily. "Siphoning seawater? No, no, young man, you misunderstand. I am not siphoning seawater; I am extracting 'Yuan Energy' from it—a primordial force that has been overlooked by both the Dragon Tribe and humanity."
Ao Bing frowned. "Yuan Energy? I've never heard of such power."
"Of course you haven't," Shen Gongbao mocked. "The Dragon Tribe and humanity are always so self-righteous yet utterly ignorant of true power. The Dragon Tribe has guarded the ocean for millennia without realizing the immense energy contained within it; humanity develops marine resources but only sees surface-level oil and gas deposits while neglecting the real treasure."
Nezha clenched his fists. "Why are you doing this? Do you understand what consequences this could lead to? The Ocean Ecology system could collapse entirely!"
