Nezha looked at his palm, then at the barely breathing Ao Bing, a glimmer of determination flashing in his eyes. "What about the Demon Sphere Power? Our souls are already connected; perhaps it can be compatible?"
"That's too dangerous!" Ao Lie immediately objected. "The Demon Sphere Power is inherently opposed to the Dragon Tribe. Using it to sustain Ao Bing's soul could lead to unpredictable consequences!"
"But this is our only hope," Nezha insisted firmly. "I would rather take the risk than watch Ao Bing slip away."
Without waiting for a response from the others, Nezha grasped Ao Bing's hand, closed his eyes, and began to channel the Demon Sphere Power within him. The watery environment of the Dragon Palace made this process exceptionally difficult, but Nezha gritted his teeth and persevered, gradually transferring energy to Ao Bing.
At first, Ao Bing's body reacted with rejection, trembling slightly as his breathing became more rapid. However, as Nezha adjusted the purity and method of energy input, the rejection response gradually weakened, and Ao Bing's breath began to stabilize.
"It's working!" one of the healers exclaimed. "His Highness's vitality is on the rise!"
This discovery greatly encouraged Nezha, who increased his energy output despite feeling himself growing weaker. The Demon Sphere Power flowed continuously into Ao Bing's body, repairing his damaged soul and stabilizing his life force.
"Don't overdo it," Ao Lie warned anxiously. "You just returned from the Soul Realm; your condition is unstable."
Nezha ignored him and continued to channel energy. He could feel Ao Bing's vitality gradually increasing; although it was slow, it was indeed growing stronger. This gave him boundless hope and courage.
"Ao Bing, hold on," Nezha whispered. "I won't let you go; I promise!"
The struggle lasted a full hour. The Dragon Clan healers and elders watched in astonishment as a Magic Orb Reincarnation used his own power to save the life of the Dragon Prince. This shattered centuries-old perceptions and made them reconsider the relationship between the Demon Orb and the Dragon Tribe.
Finally, when Nezha was utterly exhausted and on the verge of collapse, Ao Bing's eyelids fluttered slightly. Everyone held their breath, waiting for a miracle to occur.
However, Ao Bing still did not awaken; he was merely in a more stable state than before. Nezha felt dizzy as his strength reached its limit but stubbornly held onto Ao Bing's hand, unwilling to let go.
"That's enough, Nezha," Ao Lie said as he gently pulled him away. "You've done all you can. Ao Bing is in much better condition than before, but he needs time to recover. And you need to rest."
Nezha looked at Ao Bing with reluctance, filled with concern and sorrow. "I can't leave him... What if I let go and his condition worsens?"
"We will monitor him closely," Ao Lie assured him. "If anything unusual happens, we will notify you immediately. Right now, you must rest and regain your strength."
Eventually persuaded, Nezha reluctantly lay back down on the nearby bed. Yet his gaze remained fixed on Ao Bing, fearful of missing any small change.
"Ao Bing will be okay, right?" Nezha asked softly, his tone pleading.
Ao Lie did not answer directly but gently patted his shoulder. "We're all doing our best. Now close your eyes and rest for a while."
Nezha hesitantly closed his eyes but continued to hold onto Ao Bing's hand as if that would allow him to transfer his life force endlessly to him. In a half-dreaming state, Nezha gazed at Ao Bing's pale face and vowed within himself:
"No matter how powerful the enemy is or how difficult the road ahead may be, I will save you, Ao Bing. I swear I will become stronger and master every ounce of potential within the Demon Sphere Power before returning for you. We have broken the fate between the Demon Orb and the Dragon Tribe; we will also break the boundaries of life and death. Wait for me, Ao Bing; I will come back."
