Although there are many skilled female martial artists, few possess both beauty and skill. Among the young girls present, Zhou Hongmeng and Lin Yin stood out as the two most beautiful. Their conflict naturally drew attention.
"When did our Martial Arts Association gain these two beauties? Has anyone heard of them? Please introduce us," a young man joked.
"What’s going on here? Everyone is just here to enjoy tea and chat tonight; let’s not start a fight in Yan Gui Tower," suddenly, an imposing elder in traditional attire strode over, followed by a young man.
This elder was Chen Jie Li, the President of the Dao City Martial Arts Association, and the young man beside him was his grandson, Chen Ran. Chen Jie Li was quite powerful in martial arts, comparable to Liu Chaowu and Zhou Zhi, both Masters of Transformation, making him a notable figure in this bustling world.
"President Chen, it's good to see you," Liu Chaowu greeted with a smile.
After some pleasantries, Zhou Zhi added, "It’s harmless for the younger generation to spar a bit. Don’t mind us, Brother Chen; with us around, they won’t damage any tables or chairs in Yan Gui Tower."
"Actually, if they want to spar, they can wait until tomorrow at the competition. There’s no need to rush; tonight I invited everyone mainly for old friends to catch up and for the young ones to make friends," Chen Jie Li replied with a smile. As the host, he certainly didn’t want anyone fighting tonight.
"Brother Chen, you’re mistaken. We are all martial practitioners; it’s through sparring that we get to know each other. Young people can spar anytime and anywhere; that’s the spirit of martial artists," Zhou Zhi said with a grin.
"Then let’s keep it light and spar in the courtyard of Yan Gui Tower," Chen Jie Li conceded reluctantly.
Jiang Chen did not stop them; he had brought Lin Yin here precisely for her to spar with various martial artists. Of course, Zhou Hongmeng was far from being Lin Yin's match; her true opponents should be Liu Chaowu, Zhou Zhi, or Chen Jie Li—these Presidents of the Martial Arts Association.
Lin Yin and Zhou Hongmeng stood on opposite sides of the stone platform in the courtyard. Zhou Hongmeng wore an arrogant expression while Lin Yin appeared relaxed and composed.
"You guys think which of these beauties will win?" Many young people were curiously placing bets.
"It has to be President Zhou's granddaughter! She grew up in Europe and is proficient in various martial arts. She has achieved impressive results in European Martial Arts Competitions," someone who recognized Zhou Hongmeng remarked.
"Is she really that impressive? Proficient in various martial arts?" Many were surprised.
"Who is that beauty over there? I’ve never seen her before. But she is indeed beautiful! Usually, girls who practice martial arts have rough skin; I didn’t expect her skin to be so good—she doesn’t look like someone who has trained for years. I doubt she can match President Zhou's granddaughter."
"I think so too; her delicate skin would be a shame to injure during a fight. I wonder if she has a boyfriend?"
"What? Are you interested in her?"
"A graceful lady deserves a gentleman's pursuit. Honestly, she is the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen. Don’t you want to chase after her?"
"Look at all those gazes around us; they probably all have their eyes on that girl. I know my limits; I’d better retreat gracefully."
A group of young onlookers whispered among themselves.
"Old Liu, fists have no eyes. The girl you brought should be from a wealthy family; if she gets hurt, don’t blame my granddaughter," Zhou Zhi chuckled.
