“What the! If I hadn’t personally brought you back from the Disaster Zone, I’d be curious if you’ve become a Freak!”
“The fire element from Ya Zai gave me some advantages, and those Bloodthirsty Dragonflies contributed nearly 200,000 Score!”
As soon as Shen Ling finished speaking, Yan Wudao reacted.
“I see! Forget about that. The Points Exchange Center received a batch of Supreme Strengthening Resources yesterday. You weren’t here at the time, so I took the liberty to exchange for 80,000 Score worth of Supreme Strengthening Resources.”
“I didn’t expect I still underestimated you. If I had known, I would have exchanged more for you!”

Shen Ling would never refuse such a good deal and immediately accepted the resources.
"Thank you, Senior Brother!"
"Alright, you should rest for a bit. We still need to stay here for two more days to clear out the catastrophe beasts in this area. When we return to Dragon City, let me know what evolution resources you need, and I'll think of a way to help you!"
As Yan Wudao's voice faded away, he had already left the place. Shen Ling had no intention of idling around; he immediately summoned Ya Zai again.
The Enhanced potions were clearly more suitable for Ya Zai. As for the two remaining Supreme Strengthening Resources, they were just what Ya Zai needed for evolving into a Flame Tiger, so Shen Ling decided not to use them just yet.

The Supreme Strengthening Resource, Hellblood Fruit, can be taken alone to enhance Dark Element Ability values and has the effect of assisting catastrophe beasts in their evolution, valued at 40,000 points.
The Monarch Level Enhancement Resource, Burning Blood Grass, can significantly purify the bloodline of catastrophe beasts. After use, it can improve the fire element ability value of catastrophe beasts, valued at 80,000 points.
For the strong, this is just an ordinary Supreme Strengthening Resource.
The latter is crucial for the evolution of the Blazing Tiger into the Flame Tiger. Without hesitation, Shen Ling exchanged for both items, and in an instant, Shen Ling's score dropped to a meager 20,000 points.
However, Shen Ling felt no regret; the true value of Burning Blood Grass far exceeds 80,000 points.
Its real function is to increase the success rate of evolution when a catastrophe beast evolves. It has yet to be fully developed for its value, so Shen Ling considered it a significant gain.
Now that he had Burning Blood Grass, along with Fire Spirit Crystal, Sunflare Flower, and Gene Induction Agent, he only needed one more item: the heart of a Leader-Level Fire Attribute Disaster Beast and to cultivate Ya Zai's growth level to high-level elite.
As for the heart of a Leader-Level Fire Attribute Disaster Beast, Shen Ling had no plans at the moment.
However, regarding cultivating Ya Zai to high-level elite, Shen Ling was already prepared. The fastest recognized method to enhance a catastrophe beast's growth level is through medication!
There are also potions available in the Points Exchange Center.
The Intermediate Growth Potion is valued at 40,000 points and helps Elite Disaster Beasts increase their growth level by one rank, with a maximum enhancement to high-level elite.
While Shen Ling was contemplating this, he felt a disturbance in the Contract Space.
Perhaps it was due to a shared understanding, or perhaps the continuous battles had pushed Ya Zai to the brink of a breakthrough. After consuming several bottles of Enhanced potions, Ya Zai unexpectedly advanced to high-level elite.
Although it had not comprehended any new skills, Ya Zai's combat power finally exceeded 1000, nearly matching that of an average Leader-Class Disaster Beast.
A flicker of satisfaction passed through Shen Ling's heart, not because Ya Zai saved him Score, but because Ya Zai had finally proven through its actions that it was a fierce beast that grew stronger through battle.
Despite the assistance of Shen Ling's Soul Grazing Touch in its growth, Ya Zai had also put in tremendous effort on its own.
A new hunt began.
Two days later, the cleanup mission in the Disaster Zone was successfully completed.
The Dragon City Guard, after sacrificing over a dozen official members and dozens of reserve members, finally achieved a pyrrhic victory.
Shen Ling's Score accumulated to 89,400 points once again, and over four hundred Enhanced orbs were stored.
After a series of fierce battles, everyone finally boarded the return flight.
Upon arriving at the Dragon City Spirit Contract Master Alliance, Shen Ling received a message from Qian Mengxue as soon as he disembarked from the aircraft and hurried over.
Having not seen her for a few days, Qian Mengxue appeared much more haggard. It was evident that even though she was stationed at the rear, the situation on the front lines still affected her deeply.
"Shen Ling, I heard from your senior Yan that your Blazing Tiger performed exceptionally well. Can you let it out for me to see? The growth rate and talent of this Blazing Tiger are truly astonishing. If we can discover something from it, our Secondary Species cultivation methods will undergo a qualitative leap!"
Although Qian Mengxue looked somewhat weary, her eyes sparkled with fervent excitement.
That was the light of hope!
