"But how can we find such people?" one of the Experimental Subjects asked, confusion evident in his eyes.
Jiang Ming smiled; he already had a plan in mind. "I have a friend who used to be a journalist and is very interested in these kinds of issues. I believe he can help us."
Thus, Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya decided to leave the abandoned factory and head to Jiang Ming's friend's place. They knew it would be a perilous journey, but they were prepared.
On their way to his friend's residence, Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya carefully evaded the pursuit of the men in black. They navigated through several secluded streets until they arrived at an old residential area. Jiang Ming's friend lived in a small apartment; his name was Li Ming, an investigative journalist with years of experience.
"Jiang Ming, what brings you here?" Li Ming opened the door and looked surprised to see Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya.
"Li Ming, we need your help with something important," Jiang Ming said seriously as he handed over the USB drive. "It contains data about illegal experiments, and we need you to help make it public."
Li Ming took the USB drive, curiosity flashing in his eyes. "Illegal experiments? This could be big news. But are you sure this data is legitimate?"
"We're sure," Xiao Ya nodded, her expression serious. "The data comes from inside the experiments; it's absolutely authentic."
Li Ming nodded as he plugged the USB drive into his computer and began reviewing its contents. As the data unfolded before him, his brow furrowed with shock and anger.
"These scientists are utterly immoral!" Li Ming whispered, clenching his fists. "I will make sure this data is made public so that these criminals face justice."
Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya watched Li Ming with hope swelling in their hearts. They knew that with Li Ming's help, they were one step closer to revealing the truth.
"However, you must be cautious," Li Ming said as he looked at Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya. "Those scientists have significant power; they will stop at nothing to prevent you from succeeding. You must protect yourselves."
Jiang Ming nodded firmly. "We will. Thank you, Li Ming."
Li Ming patted Jiang Ming on the shoulder. "No need for thanks. Justice requires each of us to stand up for it. I will organize this data quickly and reach out to reliable media outlets and the public so that the truth can be revealed."
After leaving Li Ming's apartment, Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya felt filled with hope and strength. They understood that this was just the beginning; there was much more work ahead of them, but they were ready.
In the following days, Jiang Ming and Xiao Ya worked closely with Li Ming to compile detailed reports and evidence from the data on the USB drive. They contacted multiple media outlets and human rights organizations to make this information public. As the truth gradually emerged, society erupted in outrage; people began paying attention to these illegal experiments and demanded severe punishment for the scientists involved.
