The audience of Dimension Outside had been waiting for the latest episode for seven days, while in Drama World, more than ten days had already passed, approaching the end of the month.
Students from all levels of Truth School gathered together, thanks to the space expansion magic that allowed tens of thousands to fit into one room. Xu Lie stood at the podium, accompanied by Charles, which excited many students. They had heard from Teacher Charles that Xu Lie intended to lead them on an adventure. Was this the moment when details of the adventure would be revealed? It was thrilling!
However, reality took a different turn, conflicting sharply with their expectations. Xu Lie had not hidden anything from the students; he spoke candidly: "Dear students, you should have heard from Charles about the upcoming adventure. I must clarify that we will only be going outside the school gate, just around the campus."
The adventure involved fighting against the Evil Mage. Previously, life at Truth School remained unchanged; first-year students continued their meditations, and only advanced classes received additional combat training. This was not to conceal information from the students but to keep it hidden from the Evil Mage. There was no need for Reiner to report; just by observing the audience's reactions through Danmaku, Xu Lie had already learned about the interference with prophecies by the Evil Mage.
Although they also had a Prophet Mage causing various disruptions, muddling things up completely, it was better to keep things under wraps as a precaution. The end of the month was also the day when the Evil Mage would attack, so there was no need to hide this from the students anymore; it would only lower their morale if they were caught off guard.

They might not have been familiar with the magical world and what an Evil Mage truly was—perhaps ignorance brought them fearlessness—but everyone present was from Advanced Studies. Whether it was in combat classes taught by Charles or any other subject, every time they mentioned the Evil Mage, they described its wickedness in detail.
It was either tales of the Evil Mage slaughtering cities and villages, or stories of the Evil Mage tormenting humanity to extract negative emotions. After hearing so many accounts of the various cruel methods employed by the Evil Mage, who wouldn't feel a chill in their heart?
When news broke that this group of students was going to fight against the Evil Mage, even to the point of risking their lives, most of them couldn't help but feel fear. Although they had heard from Teacher Charles about going on an adventure, they had no idea just how dangerous it would be!
It was only natural; they couldn't be blamed for their apprehension. However, a small portion of the students eagerly stood up to respond: "We must kill them! No Evil Mage should be spared! We will fight the Evil Mage to the end!"
"Rest assured, Principal. Just two days ago, when our school saved a village near the border, I vowed in my heart to eradicate all Evil Mages!"
"And me! If it weren't for our school's Flying Ship coming to the Flying Dragon Kingdom for assistance, my family would have been drowned in the snake disaster caused by the Evil Mage long ago!"
Those shouting for war against the Evil Mage were naturally students who had sworn enmity against them. These students had all encountered the devastation wrought by the Evil Mage at some point. They had experienced firsthand the bone-deep despair that gripped an entire village when faced with an Evil Mage. Fortunately, they had been saved by their school.
