The thunder dissipated, and the dazzling blue light came to an end. Among the four Evil Mages, three had been reduced to ashes. There were no signs of life, nor any corpses left behind. Only one remained, though perhaps it could no longer be called a human. 0

The last surviving Evil Mage had completely shed its human form, becoming elongated in a way that was truly literal. Its spine stretched three meters taller, with arms and legs lengthening accordingly. Its body was covered in dark gray scales, and thorns protruded from various parts. Four wings sprouted from its back, shimmering in a deep azure hue, surrounded by a swirling wind; with a single flap, it shot away at incredible speed. 0

These changes to its bones and skin were accompanied by alterations to its flesh as well. Pieces of what appeared to be stitched-together beast flesh replaced the former human body. Just one glance was enough to give anyone nightmares. 0

Damn it. A perceptive wizard recognized the tailbone of a Gun-Tailed Dragon; this sudden extension of bone could only belong to that creature. Reiner focused on the scales covering the creature: they were from a Dark Scale Dragon, known for their high defensive capabilities. 0

The other wizards chimed in, identifying the stitched beast flesh on the Evil Mage as belonging to various creatures with strong regenerative abilities. This Evil Mage was ruthless, having compensated for its own frail physique by integrating beast materials into itself through magical transformation. If it hadn’t done so, it would have long since perished under Reiner's Firepower Coverage. 0

Xu Lie felt a twinge of regret; this was a formidable individual who had gone astray. In the early days of magic, being able to perform such biological magical transformations made one a top-tier talent among wizard scientists. If only Xu Lie could recruit such an individual, who knows how many surprises the future might hold? 0

Unfortunately, on the path of growth, after taking a wrong turn, the Evil Mage could no longer turn back and had lost the ability for stable production. Yet even without stable logistical production capabilities, the Evil Mage still held value. 0

Thus, Xu Lie casually waved his hand, just as he had done before when breaking open space with a token, creating a spatial portal. It was a sixth-tier spatial magic—Void Traversal. 0

Following that, Xu Lie tossed a small light orb into the portal: Seventh Level Fire Magic—Brilliant Sun. The small orb emitted a faint glow that bore no resemblance to the word "blazing," overall about the size of a ping-pong ball as it gently floated into the spatial portal. 0

In an instant, the group of wizards saw through the Magic Mirror that the panicked Evil Mage had opened a portal above his head, from which a small orb of light tumbled out. 0

Finally, the wizards beheld the sun! 0

The small orb of light could not be described; it either expanded too rapidly, growing into a massive sphere of light that enveloped a mile, or it exploded violently, creating a burst of radiance. The wizards had barely caught a glimpse of it, as the flash was as blinding as the midday sun. 0

It was far more dazzling than the thunderous display during Reiner's Firepower Coverage. Even through the Magic Mirror, it was difficult for them to look directly at it. Many wizards instinctively turned away, fearing that they might be blinded by the brilliance. 0

However, in turning their gaze, they were met with an even more unbelievable sight: what was that?! 0

Such a high light! 0

Inquilinar was left in awe: Mr. Xu Lie just mentioned Seventh Level Fire Magic? Was this truly Seventh Level Fire Magic?! 0

Where their eyes focused should have been a distant view of the sky. 0
