At the moment of weighing, occasional sounds of arrests could be heard nearby. William was quite familiar with these sounds, as they were similar to those he had heard during nighttime operations by the Investigation Bureau when they apprehended criminals.
He quietly approached Anthony, who was smoking nearby, and without saying a word, gestured with his eyes towards the source of the noise.
Anthony calmly exhaled a puff of smoke. "Don't worry about it; there's nothing we can do."
It must be the rest of the Stealth Team that had been discovered. The Stealth Team from their own faction? In the next moment, William felt as if an invisible hand had gripped his heart tightly, causing his breath to become shallow.
