The enormous Mechanical Synthesized Voice continued its slow narration: "When we first discovered you, we believed you were suitable for study. In your language, the term 'humanity' serves as the best subject for sociological research. Therefore, we decided to infiltrate you in secret to study human nature."
As the Light and Shadow video played in sync, it began with an endless expanse of pitch-black space, revealing a multitude of colossal interstellar warships. In the depths of space, they discovered a water-blue planet teeming with life. The Alien Fleet dispatched an even denser formation of UFOs, descending with optical cloaking.
The most terrifying scene unfolded in the sky as non-humanoid, three-legged purple beings emerged from the UFOs. One by one, they transformed into humans, stealthily infiltrating human society!
A chill ran down William's spine. He instinctively wrapped his arms around himself, trying to calm the sweat that erupted on his skin while subtly distancing himself from Rims. Rims mirrored his actions, quietly creating space between them.
