Even in times of peace, the Arms Company would leverage its influence and promote within the Great Federal Council, attempting to incite localized conflicts in certain regions.
It can be said that if any force does not wish to see global unity, it is undoubtedly this Arms Company. After the video call with Charles, the Arms Company was particularly anxious and worked tirelessly throughout the night. They urgently recalled all their experts to conduct research on UFOs.

After they finished asking their questions, one of the Arms Tycoons maintained a polite demeanor and assured Charles that they would work with maximum efficiency to resolve this incident. It was clear that this was merely a way to placate him; if they truly had a solution for the UFO issue, these individuals would have long since ventured beyond the solar system to sell their cosmic arms.
Why would they bother with petty matters on Earth? Charles smiled as he exited the meeting, but in reality, he and Anthony were using hacking techniques to record the secret discussions of the Arms Tycoons.
