"I don't know why you are looking for me," he began to ask when A Gang interrupted with a laugh. "Haha! I've been through so many people; finally found you!"

As A Gang stepped forward to take him away, Wei Zhuang could no longer hold back his frustration. "You all have gone too far!"
"This manor treats guests with respect, yet you have repeatedly offended us. Do you truly think my Yuan City, Pearl Manor is without its defenses?"
"I do not care what business you have with Chen Shaoxia; he is the savior of my daughter! You cannot act recklessly here!"
A Gang looked at Wei Zhuang as if he were a fool, unable to comprehend why this old man was suddenly so agitated about something as trivial as a knife's sharpness.
"Your manor's kitchen knives may be sharp," he said with a shrug, "but can they compare to the might of Da Qian's three hundred thousand troops?"
With an exasperated scratch at the back of his head, he turned to Song Qiao, who seemed the most reasonable among them.
Song Qiao feigned indifference as he laid out his connections. "Oh? So you're saying you intend to oppose His Highness?"
"Be sensible and don't interfere; if you hinder His Highness, be careful of facing dire consequences."
In the eyes of ancient heroes, as long as it wasn't the end of a dynasty marked by desolation, the royal family still needed the people's support. Occasionally, there were corrupt officials, but to these heroes, they were merely bad bureaucrats, not a bad emperor.
