Only with grain can meat be raised. In the Grain Dragon Kingdom, people barely have enough to eat, so meat is extremely scarce. Generally, it consists of lamb and beef from herbivorous animals. Pork and other omnivorous animals can no longer be fed by humans due to the excessive consumption of grain. Even with the most scientific farming methods, it takes five pounds of grain to produce just one pound of pork, which is already the limit.
Tonight's banquet is quite grand, featuring a variety of vegetable dishes and a large amount of meat. Several dwarves and elves serve as chefs, creating dishes with completely different styles. The Dwarves focus more on flavor, using plenty of seasonings that make the food taste rich and robust. In contrast, the Elven cuisine emphasizes delicacy and elegance. The choice of ingredients and seasonings is entirely for the sake of presentation, making each dish resemble a beautiful work of art. Just looking at the plates feels like admiring exquisite paintings.
Ye Feihong enjoys both distinct styles of cuisine immensely. With the increase in various forms of life on the Farm, Ye Feihong's life has indeed changed. Previously, every moment was spent preparing for war, with little social interaction, let alone participating in joyful activities like this banquet. The Dwarves and Night Elves, however, do not have televisions or smartphones for entertainment.
After a long day of busy labor, they enjoyed the bonfire parties, relishing the time spent in the bar, savoring delicious food, drinking together, and dancing. While smartphones and televisions have indeed enriched human entertainment, they have also diminished such social activities.
Ye Feihong stood alone, guarding the Heaven Gate. Initially, he felt lonely and isolated. However, as the Tree of Life flourished, his status as a Farm Owner began to attract attention, making him increasingly lively and popular. Ye Feihong truly enjoyed hosting grand parties at the bar.
After everyone had eaten and drunk their fill, they would play strange instruments together, singing joyful songs and excitedly dancing. Once Ye Feihong learned to dance with the Moon Priestess, he gradually grew fond of this activity. Moreover, the Night Elves were all incredibly beautiful women, and dancing with them was a delightful experience.
Ye Feihong was just about to invite the Moon Priestess when a figure emerged from the shadows in the corner. The Watcher appeared. "Moon Goddess, could you teach me how to dance?" As a Night Elf who couldn't dance, she felt quite out of place. The Watcher, due to her heroic attributes, always lingered in the shadows, maintaining her hidden state. She was one of the few Night Elves who could not dance.
Ye Feihong did not refuse.
Joyfully, she entered the dance floor of the bar with the Watcher. Although both were novices, as Hero Units, they found it easy to learn the dance as if it were a set of martial arts moves. After a brief adjustment period, their coordination improved significantly.
Tonight, the usually quiet Watcher became lively and animated, dancing and drinking with Ye Feihong. During this time, Ye Feihong's tolerance for alcohol had increased considerably, while it seemed that the Watcher's capacity was not as strong.
Halfway through the party, the Watcher collapsed into Ye Feihong's arms, clearly intoxicated. To prevent her from getting sick or catching a chill, Ye Feihong carried the Watcher back to her room.
As soon as they entered the room, the previously motionless Watcher suddenly reached out her arms and wrapped them around Ye Feihong's neck.
