"Let's change the venue for the match between Shinobu and Kanao Tsuyuri," Li Yunqing said as he took the lead.
Lu Linglong, being held by Sera, felt a bit lost but followed along. It took her a while to react.
"Um, I still have things to do. If you guys don’t mind, can I go ahead?" Lu Linglong tried to pull her hand out of Sera's embrace, but she couldn't manage it.
"Oh? Just remember to come find us when you're done," Sera replied, then released Lu Linglong's arm.
Hearing Sera's words, Lu Linglong nodded even though she wasn’t sure what was going on.
As she watched Lu Linglong leave, Li Yunqing turned to Selalu Lulu. "Do you really want me to take another Lu Linglong?"
Sera and Lilu Lu wrapped their arms around Li Yunqing's, playfully teasing him.
"Come on, now that you're here, aren't you going to bring back some local specialties?"
Li Yunqing looked at them oddly. "You call her a specialty?"
"Isn't that right?" Sera and Lilu Lu looked at him in confusion.
"Aren't you supposed to bring back a sister from every world you visit?"
Li Yunqing sighed and said nothing more.
"Let’s watch the match; this round is the Butterfly Sisters facing off," he added. "Of course, tomorrow there will also be a showdown between Sera and Lilu Lu."
Their paths had crossed in the promotion bracket. The matchups were arranged by the Ten Lords, so it must have been calculated carefully.
The conversation between Shinobu and Kanao left many wondering who would emerge victorious. It was likely Kanao Tsuyuri, given her extraordinary physique and keen eyesight. After all, Shinobu only had a few thrust techniques; it seemed unlikely she could win.
Listening to Sera and Lilu Lu, Li Yunqing nodded in agreement. It all depended on whether Shinobu had developed any new techniques.
This discussion wasn’t limited to Li Yunqing and the others; the spectators were also engaged in conversation. The Yunqing Sect had gained considerable fame, especially since it was a match between two members of the sect—sisters, no less. What could be more captivating than that? Even the duel between two practitioners of Spirit Summoning and Commanding next door failed to draw much attention.
The Daoist judge looked at the two women, who were now ready for their match. As the competition began, Shinobu Kocho and Kanao Tsuyuri did not immediately launch their attacks.
“Shinobu, have you made any progress lately? Just relying on thrusts won’t be enough to defeat your sister,” Kanao said gently, her gaze fixed on Shinobu.
Shinobu Kocho smiled back. “Don’t worry, sister. I’ve learned much more about insects and poisons, and I have many techniques now.”
“Then let’s see what you’ve got,” Kanao replied.
Upon hearing her sister's words, Shinobu nodded confidently. She understood that Kanao’s bones and eyes were exceptional; even without using her abilities, she was far stronger than an ordinary person. Shinobu realized she might not be able to defeat her sister, but she also knew that Kanao wouldn’t use her full strength.
With that in mind, Shinobu decided to showcase her skills to the best of her ability. “Total Concentration: Insect Breathing—Dance of the Butterfly!”
Veins bulged on Shinobu Kocho's face as the Butterfly Phantom appeared behind her, shimmering with a red glow. In the next instant, countless Shinobu Kocho figures materialized before Kanao Tsuyuri.
Each of these figures struck at every part of Kanao's body.
"Total Concentration: Breath of Flowers, Second Form - Plum Blossom Falling."
Kanao drew her Nichirin blade, and in an instant, the plum blossoms floated towards the places where Shinobu was attacking, blocking her strikes.
"Ding ding ding!"
The sound of metal striking metal echoed, leaving the audience in stunned silence. What was happening? Was Shinobu Kocho's speed and power so astonishing that she was being countered by flower petals? Were these petals really that formidable? Was Newton’s law even applicable here?
Kanao watched as Shinobu continued her relentless assault for several seconds without pause.

Kanao twisted her body and slashed outwards, summoning countless red flowers that formed a massive shape resembling a feathered garment. This attire seemed to faintly resemble Kanao herself.
Shinobu Kocho was pushed back by the force of the Red Flower Expansion. Gazing at the enormous display, she couldn't help but feel a moment of daze.
