Seeing them so happy, Li Yunqing smiled as well.
He glanced at the sky; it was just around noon, and Muzan would most likely strike Tanjirou's Family at night. But why would Muzan come to such a remote place? He must have just been passing by, noticed that there was only one household on the mountain, and decided to feed them blood. Only Nezuko had adapted to Muzan's blood and survived; the others probably didn't make it. Otherwise, given Muzan's twisted nature, if he were to kill someone, there wouldn't be any bodies left behind.
Looking up, he noticed that it had started to snow lightly, and the sun was obscured. He glanced over at Tanjirou's Family; Tanjirou Kamado's mother was already gathering blankets. According to the storyline, Muzan should pass by in the middle of the night, so there was still time.
Li Yunqing thought for a moment about how to save Tanjirou's Family without directly intervening. If he did, and Tanjirou's Family perished without the crows from the Demon Slayer Corps noticing, they wouldn't be alerted. If Tanjirou didn't join the Demon Slayer Corps afterward, the plot would stagnate, and if Nezuko didn't turn into a demon, the story wouldn't progress either.
He looked over at Sera, who was still discussing things with Lilu Lu, and felt the magic power within him. Perhaps he didn't need to think too much? After all, it was just a low-level martial arts world.
Li Yunqing decided not to dwell on how to avoid disrupting the plot any longer; keeping Tanjirou's Family alive would inherently affect the storyline. Since he was going to save them, he would do it thoroughly.
After spending some time playing with the two girls, he used Creating Magic to conjure a snow-white house out of snow. He then brought out furniture from Cang Jie and replaced the power source with a battery made from electric magic. Finally, he cast Illusion Magic over the house so that people outside wouldn't see it.
It was afternoon tea time now. Li Yunqing chose Yun Jian Tea from another world; he wasn't accustomed to other teas, and Sera and Lilu Lu preferred milk. The three of them sat in the living room, enjoying a warm cup of tea on a cold winter day—it felt cozy.
Noticing Sera staring longingly at his tea, Li Yunqing smiled and poured her a cup as well. The Yun Jian Tea brewed without bitterness and had no color; taking a sip made one feel light as if they were floating. This tea was magical! It felt like they were flying into the sky!
Yun Jian Tea is a commonly used tea in a certain cultivation world, said to enhance speed.
"Oh!" Sera replied, though she didn't quite understand, she felt it was impressive.
Li Yunqing poured another cup for Lilu Lu. Lilu Lu mimicked Li Yunqing, taking a slow sip and savoring the tea.
Li Yunqing glanced at Lilu Lu's quiet demeanor while also observing Sera, who had finished her tea and was now pouring herself another cup.
How can the sisters be so different?
But they are both adorable.
Li Yunqing smiled and took a sip of Yun Jian Tea, feeling as if she could fly even higher. She then took out some small pastries. Afternoon tea also needed some sweets; she had been so focused on the tea that she forgot to bring any.
Sera and Lilu Lu each took a piece of cookie and began to eat. Li Yunqing wasn't particularly fond of sweets and looked outside as the sky began to darken.
Winter nights come quickly!
Hearing Li Yunqing's words, Sera and Lilu Lu glanced out the window.
Oh? It's already dark! We didn't even notice with the lights on at home.
Sera ran to the window, watching the gradually darkening sky and the heavy snowfall. After a moment, she returned to sit beside Li Yunqing.
The three spent the afternoon like this, having a casual dinner before settling in the living room to watch a drama that Li Yunqing had started early.
In the middle of the night, Li Yunqing sensed something approaching Tanjirou's Family. She quickly grabbed Sera and Lilu Lu and flashed to the vicinity of Tanjirou's Family.
A figure dressed in a thick kimono, Yao Yi Man Zi, looked at Tanjirou's Family with some surprise.
In such heavy snow, there are still people living in the mountains?
Without thinking too much, Muzan headed straight for Tanjirou's Family.
Li Yunqing saw Muzan approaching and immediately appeared in front of him.
As soon as Muzan sensed Li Yunqing, he quickly retreated, standing warily in front of Li Yunqing and Selalu Lulu.
"Who are you?" he demanded.
