Fei Bao was sprinting for his life, chattering incessantly, “Oh my gosh! This is terrifying! You stink, you big ugly frog!” 0

Box-Head Bullfrog was nearly beside himself with rage, closely tailing Fei Bao and repeatedly flicking out his long, slimy tongue in an attempt to catch him. Meanwhile, Fei Bao maneuvered through the air like a nimble fighter jet, dodging left and right, narrowly escaping several close calls with Box-Head Bullfrog's massive tongue! 0

At that moment, Xiao Zhuzi and Xi Xi were perched atop a large rock, intently watching the unfolding chaos. When they noticed that Box-Head Bullfrog's eyes were bloodshot with fury as he focused solely on chasing Fei Bao, completely oblivious to his surroundings, Xiao Zhuzi knew the opportunity had arrived! She cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted, “Fei Bao! Now’s your chance!” 0

Upon hearing Xiao Zhuzi's command, Fei Bao executed a sharp turn in mid-air and headed straight for a clear patch by the reeds. Box-Head Bullfrog, not far behind Xiao Zhuzi and Xi Xi, had already recognized that this peculiar little creature was the one tormenting him. As he turned to follow Fei Bao, he wasted no time in launching his gooey tongue in an attempt to deliver a fatal blow to Xiao Zhuzi. The disgusting tongue, dripping with slime, hurtled toward her face. 0

Xiao Zhuzi had no time to react; she was about to be struck by this sudden attack. Fortunately, Xi Xi, who had been guarding her side, displayed remarkable reflexes. Just as the tongue was about to hit Xiao Zhuzi, she quickly wrapped her arms around her and together they tumbled off the rock, narrowly avoiding the assault. 0

Box-Head Bullfrog's attack missed entirely; not only did it fail to harm Xiao Zhuzi, but he almost threw out his back in the process! This only fueled his anger further as he sped up in pursuit of Fei Bao. Wait… was it just his imagination? Did that annoying Little Dragonfly actually seem capable of flying faster but was deliberately waiting for him? Never mind… he wouldn't think too much about it; once he caught him, he would definitely chew him up good! 0

Xiao Zhuzi and Xi Xi hit the ground after rolling off the rock. Ignoring their aches and pains, they quickly got back on their feet and fixed their gaze on Box-Head Bullfrog's position. Three meters… two meters… one meter… half a meter… they were there! In an instant, Box-Head Bullfrog was so focused on chasing that he failed to notice the ground ahead had changed color and stepped right into it! The next moment, a dreadful croak echoed across Lake Side! 0

It turned out this was a trap—one that Xiao Zhuzi and her friends had meticulously designed for Box-Head Bullfrog! 0

To counter Box-Head Bullfrog's massive size, immense strength, and exceptional jumping ability, Xiao Zhuzi specifically crafted this unique trap that cleverly combined control and attack functions. First, the four friends worked together to dig a large pit capable of accommodating the enormous Box-Head Bullfrog. Then Fei Bao gathered sturdy branches and sharpened them into deadly spikes to place upright in the pit. Not only that, but Xiao Zhuzi also teamed up with Xi Xi to weave a large net from tough grass blades and placed it inside the pit. This skill had been passed down from Xiao Zhuzi's grandmother, who was an expert at crafting various toys and jewelry from colorful threads. Finally, they carefully covered the pit's opening with reeds so that it blended seamlessly with its surroundings—making it nearly undetectable from afar. 0

The next crucial step was to lure Box-Head Bullfrog into the trap. They needed to keep teasing him until he became furious enough to lose his awareness of his surroundings—allowing them to successfully trick him into falling into the pit. This was Xiao Zhuzi's brilliant plan! 0

Seeing Box-Head Bullfrog finally tumble into the trap brought smiles to the faces of the Ground Sky Squad trio as they hurriedly approached the pit’s edge to check on him. They saw that Box-Head Bullfrog was now impaled by countless spikes and tightly ensnared by the resilient grass net. The more he struggled, the tighter the net became around him—he looked utterly miserable. 0

Realizing too late that he had been tricked, Box-Head Bullfrog glared furiously at the three instigators at the edge of the pit while letting out an impotent roar of frustration. However, Xiao Zhuzi and her friends had no interest in arguing with a stinky Box-Head Bullfrog; they joyfully ran toward the mud pond while Fei Bao excitedly performed flips in mid-air as all three cheered together: “Lightning lightning! Kitty spins around! We did it! Yay!” 0

Their friend Little Loach Lightning had been anxiously waiting by the mud pond for news. Hearing their shouts and seeing their joyful expressions made Lightning realize they had succeeded! They had managed to defeat the ferocious Box-Head Bullfrog! Now he could rescue his mother, brother, and Mudfish Clan! He could brag about this for a lifetime—hahaha! Lightning happily leaped around in the mud pond as if even the sun was dancing along with their joyous emotions upon his sparkling scales. 0

Soon after, they found the cave where Mudfish Clan members were trapped. As they successfully freed all of them from captivity, cheers erupted all around. Lightning embraced his mother and brother tightly; after being apart for so long, they were finally reunited—overjoyed tears streamed down their faces as they celebrated their miraculous escape. Xiao Zhuzi and her friends couldn't help but feel a lump in their throats; they were genuinely happy for Lightning. 0

Lightning’s family and all of Mudfish Clan were immensely grateful to Ground Sky Squad’s trio. Little Lightning excitedly exclaimed: “No amount of thanks can express our feelings! How about we throw a thank-you party?” This brilliant suggestion received unanimous approval. 0

As night fell and moonlight bathed the earth like water, Mudfish Clan members along with a Little Dragonfly, an ant, and a human girl formed this peculiar yet adorable group under the moonlight singing and dancing joyfully. Xiao Zhuzi showcased one dazzling dance after another to enthusiastic applause—it might have been one of the liveliest nights ever at Wetland! 0

As night deepened and after a long day’s adventures, Xiao Zhuzi fell into a deep sleep filled with sweet dreams. In her dreams she saw towering Lonely Cloud Peak connecting heaven and earth; vibrant Moonlit Sky Herb; and her longed-for mother and father… 0
