"Is it wrong to say he's handsome? And beautiful too," Trusova said, pouting slightly. Kamila shook her head in disagreement, "Handsome and beautiful are two different things, okay? Don't you think Oleg looks a bit like a girl?"
"Now that you mention it, he really does. Do you have a picture of him? I haven't seen him in ages."
As she spoke, she took Kamila's phone, quickly opening the photo gallery. It was filled with pictures from their day at the amusement park. In one photo, Kamila wore her usual goofy smile, while the boy beside her had dark hair and a gentle, handsome face. His clear, bright eyes exuded an indescribable warmth, and his thin pink lips were pressed together, giving an overall impression of comfort.
"Who is this?" she asked.
In one of the photos, their faces were close together as they posed for a selfie. Behind them, a boy made a funny face. "That's his brother, Nikola," Kamila laughed.
After taking the phone back, she opened the music player. "Oleg and Nikola released an album yesterday; it's really good."
The crisp sound of piano notes and dynamic drum beats filled the air, accompanied by a melancholic melody that quickly captured Trusova's attention. As they quietly listened to "Lullaby," Trusova's expression turned peculiar. She glanced at Kamila, who looked blissfully happy, and said with a smacking sound, "Anna is going to freak out when she finds out."
"I didn't think about it that much at the time," Kamila replied.
She turned off the music and suddenly seemed a bit flustered. The dormitory door opened gently, and they turned to see Anna with tears in her eyes. Trusova hurried over to comfort her while Kamila stood still, slowly lowering her head. "I'm sorry, Sister Anna."
"It's okay; Oleg and I are really just friends," Anna wiped her tears away. "Oleg is a really good boy; you should cherish him!"
"Mm-hmm."
That night in the dormitory was quiet; the usual laughter was absent as all three had their own thoughts. Unable to sleep, Trusova sent Kamila a message: "How about Nikola introduce himself to Anna later?"
"He already has a girlfriend; they've been dating for three months and seem really happy together," Kamila quickly replied from under her blanket.
"Then forget it; let's just sleep."
Trusova tucked her phone under her pillow and turned over onto her stomach, beginning to count sheep. Meanwhile, Kamila thought about how her boyfriend sang sweetly to her and couldn't help but smile at her round face. Anna, sleeping closest to them, silently wiped away tears for half the night before finally drifting off to sleep.
With the song "Lullaby" alongside several other quality tracks, the two brothers quickly rose to fame. Their hit song "Lullaby" became immensely popular and soon reached Europe and Asia. Under their management's guidance, they began making appearances on talk shows and variety programs.
Xu Li lounged on the sofa, stroking Dahua's head while smoking a cigarette as he watched his two sons chat animatedly on television. He smiled with satisfaction; at least his eldest and youngest wouldn't have to worry about food for life.
Lao Si was busy studying and dieting, weighing himself every week and sending updates on his progress. It was still unclear what direction he would take in the future. Meanwhile, Lao San had settled down; she seemed content with her daily routine and appeared to be planning to take over the ranch after graduating from university so she could travel with her future wife.
In the study room, Anna and Eva had stopped studying since returning from their trip to Asia; it seemed they had become obsessed with playing Mahjong. They couldn't go a day without playing several rounds. Daria and others were also drawn into their enthusiasm, spending all day in the study room playing Mahjong noisily.
