As he daydreamed about the glass house, Rod suddenly lifted his fishing rod and cast it into the water.

Regardless of what happened, they would still return home for lunch; if it died now, at least they wouldn’t have to kill it!
Shi Tianyi's comment spurred him on as he handed the fish over to Lu Ya while Air Force contentedly returned to his fishing spot.
