Old Zhang paused, and when Shi Tian stopped the Electric Reel, he wanted to argue a bit, but it seemed there was really nothing to refute! He had only been running his Fishing Tackle Shop for about half a month. Perhaps even less time had passed since Su Xueyi took over, and it had already entered a state of being left to its own devices.
The food street was a massive project, and Li Ziyu had done more than he had. Even the chef training had a lot of input from Yi Laotou. As for Xingxing Fishing Gear Banna Store and Cha Dong Store, there was no need to mention them; even with the stores in Jiangnan, he hadn’t really worried much. Now Sun Lang and the Unreliable Duo were still over there doing the hard work!
With a push of the Electric Reel, Old Zhang continued reeling in. There was no way to argue against Shi Tian's words; as he said, he might as well just be an honest rich Second Generation and not fuss around unnecessarily.
Sometimes, not wanting to fuss wasn’t an option! He felt a tug on the line! His hand trembled as he released some tension on the line; it was quite wild! Surely, if he hooked a fish, he wouldn’t just let it go!
Look at that! Da Wo Xian Ren was already out of favor; now even the fish in the sea were starting to worship the God of Wealth! When money hits your head, there’s no way you won’t speak up! After boasting a bit, Shi Tian stopped the Electric Reel and decided to let it finish its first wave of reeling before proceeding.
After finishing with the fish, Old Zhang glanced at Shi Tian’s Rod and pursed his lips; this fish looked quite big! He rummaged through his pockets but found no steel hammer. He noted that next time he went Sea Fishing, he should bring along a couple of steel hammers specifically for knocking fish on the head! Fish caught with a steel hammer were always bigger than those caught with bait!
Watching Wang Ergou and the others reel in their lines, Old Zhang silently made another note: three steel hammers minimum; otherwise, he wouldn’t earn any Merit!
After playing with the fish for over half an hour, a Yellowfin Tuna weighing around twenty pounds came up—bigger than the twenty-seven-pound one Shui Bi Zhang had caught. After three days of fishing, although he hadn’t managed to catch much, getting one that was the largest made Shi Tian very satisfied!
He handed the fish over to them for processing and hurried back to the boat. All materials were ready; it was time to start building the boat. The sooner they built it, the sooner Head Brother could come ashore.
Building boats wasn’t difficult, but moving so many boats quietly was going to be a hassle. Anyou Town was bustling now; even at one or two in the morning, there were people on the streets.
Once people dispersed, around four in the morning when Fishing Buddy headed to Liudao Bay would pass through here again. With just a two-hour window period, they could only manage to launch one boat at most in a day.
Shi Tian was waiting for this window period for Mini Light Boat construction, but now that they needed to build in bulk, this method wouldn’t work anymore!
Back in Sanya, he called upon Thirty-Six Senior Sister. With so many fish brought back that they couldn’t eat all at once, having connections to sell them would be agreeable.
After processing the fish, he went over to Old Zhang’s place for some crayfish. By the time he returned to the villa area, it was already late at night.
Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea breeze and finishing a cigarette, Shi Tian picked up his phone and called Shi Ye.
“Ye Ge, how’s everything going with the Shipyard?”
Receiving Shi Tian’s call and checking the time—it was almost ten o'clock—Shi Ye wondered why Shi Tian was asking about the Shipyard so late at night. Did he want to build a boat?
“Why aren’t you asleep yet? Hurry up and get some rest! I’ll come over and talk,” Shi Ye grumbled before hanging up. It was late at night; disturbing him while he was having sweet dreams with Lu Ying Er—was there no sense of public morality?
The reason Shi Tian called Shi Ye back was to discuss relocating the small Workshop. Whether it was for making rods or building ships, it was simply too inconvenient here.
Moving the small Workshop was quite easy, similar to the base vehicle from Red Alert. By connecting the Electric Trailer with the Small Mechanical Arm, the equipment modules could be disassembled and loaded onto the Electric Trailer, fitting neatly into a Standard Packing Box.
While packing up was straightforward, the question remained: where would they move it? There was only one suitable location—Shandong.
For shipbuilding, there were four appropriate areas: the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and then Shandong Peninsula and Dalian in the Bohai Rim. However, both the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta were not ideal for long-term development due to a lack of mineral resources and expensive energy.
After hanging up the phone with Shi Ye, Shi Tian got up and headed downstairs; he had another shift to work tonight. If they wanted to relocate the small Workshop, they couldn't afford to halt operations for their online store and physical shop selling Fishing Gear! They needed to stock up quickly and fill the warehouse!
After a night of hustle, filling the warehouse to capacity, he woke Manager Liu before dawn to buy a Yuan Zhuang Box. Once the small Workshop was packed up and locked in the Yuan Zhuang Box, they would just wait for Shi Ye to find a suitable place to set up their new Workshop.
Shi Tian had initially considered Wild Boar Island, but that location was far too inconvenient. While launching ships was easy, shipping Fishing Gear would be problematic; they couldn't rely on boats every day!
"Are you in such a hurry to ask about the Shipyard? Are you planning to build ships?"
By noon, Shi Ye finally arrived.
"Let’s get started! If we don’t finish building the ship today, Head Brother will have to drift at sea for another day. We need to resolve what we've promised quickly so I can enjoy being a wealthy Second Generation without worries!"
Glancing at the empty small Workshop and then at the large Yuan Zhuang Box in the yard, Shi Ye shook his head helplessly. "The New Shipyard is just starting negotiations. If you're anxious about it, I can have them wrap things up within two days."
Wrapping things up in two days would mean sparing no expense. Shi Tian had no intention of wasting money on that.
"No rush; we can use the Old Shipyard just as well. Just give me a Workshop; once we finalize things with the New Shipyard, I can move the equipment over."
This equipment was easy to transport; a single vehicle could haul it around without issue—moving three locations in one day wouldn’t be a problem.
"Alright then, I’ll have someone find a truck for this Yuan Zhuang Box," he said.
Looking at the locked Yuan Zhuang Box made Shi Ye want to open it and take a peek. "Yes, just this one Yuan Zhuang Box. When will it arrive? I’ll personally go over to assemble the equipment once it gets here."
"It should arrive by tomorrow morning at the latest. I'll have Old Liu accompany it; that way I won’t have to worry on the road."
After instructing Manager Liu to have the Yuan Zhuang Box transported, Shi Ye took Shi Tian back to the small courtyard.
Shi Tian had not handled the matter very well and would need to clean up his own mess. Fortunately, the nephew was not too foolish; he understood that when there were issues, it was best to seek parental guidance. This thought eased Shi Ye's mind considerably.
Upon returning to the villa, Shi Ye rushed to the second floor, spread out a sheet of rice paper, and borrowed Yun Wan'er's brush. He wrote the two characters for "conceal one's talents" for Shi Tian.
One should not be too eager to show off good things. Although Old Kong and the others would not harm you, if they showcased their treasures too often, more people would take notice of them. Attracting attention is never a good thing; it's better to quietly accumulate wealth!
