Losses from line hooks and floats were acceptable; however, it was disheartening to see how poorly this group treated their equipment. It was drizzling outside as they planned to announce that the Rock Fishing Tournament would conclude in two days. The Fishing Platform would temporarily close to the public as well; they needed to buy some strong magnetic hooks.
They also intended to organize a review of surveillance footage to identify those who deliberately damaged rods and report them to Sun Lang so he could blacklist them from Diao Jiao; such individuals were not welcome there.
For those who repeatedly damaged rods, they planned to cut together video evidence and post it online while reporting it to the police. In the south, there are more resources, but they are all within restricted fishing zones. In the limited open waters, you might spend an entire day and still not catch two decent fish.
I decided to head over to the Lure Area and start with a quick cast along the shore. It had been a while since I fished here, and I wondered if there would be any surprises waiting for me.
