Watching Shi Tian chat with Air Force and Lu Ya about Nansha, Shi Ye shook his head slightly.
"Should I reserve a berth for you at the Yacht Dock being built in front of the hotel?" he casually asked, wiping his mouth.
The design for the Yacht Dock had already begun, and estimating the number of berths in advance was essential for a more scientific dock layout.
"Of course we need to reserve! I can't keep using Jun Ge's boat forever!" Shi Tian exclaimed. "One berth isn't enough; we need at least two—one big and one small! I’ll also need to get a large boat later; otherwise, I won't be able to go to Xisha!" Upon hearing about the berths, Shi Tian immediately claimed two for himself.
"We need to plan for both a small yacht and a large yacht," he continued. "What's the purpose of setting up the Fishing Education Club? Isn’t it for this?"
"Since you want to buy a boat, I won’t need to buy one! I'll have Ling Er reserve two berths for you," Shi Ye chuckled at Shi Tian's enthusiasm. It meant two more boats without spending any money, plus they would come with free captains!
Hearing this, Shi Tian was momentarily stunned. What did that mean? He glanced at Air Force, sharing a look of mutual understanding—had he jumped into a pit?
"Lu Ge, aren't you buying a boat? It's better to share the burden than to bear it alone; if we can drag one into the pit, let's do it!"
It was too late to backtrack now; he would definitely build a boat. He aimed to construct one this year to test its performance and plan for a larger one next year! But first, the Fishing Box needed an upgrade; otherwise, he couldn't build a big boat!
"I’m not buying; I don’t have a license! If I want to go out to sea, I'll just ask you guys. What’s the difference between your boat and mine? Plus, I won’t have to deal with docking and maintenance!" Lu Ya crossed his arms and said matter-of-factly, though his expression seemed like he wanted to punch him.
However, Lu Ya had a point—buying a boat was like buying a car. The costs of maintaining a car were not much different from taking taxis, and boats couldn’t be used for commuting. If it was just for personal use, it would always be a loss!
After finishing their meal, the three of them had things to do, so Shi Tian decided not to disturb them any longer. He got up and left, planning to check on the old man and see if they were awake; if not, he would discuss territorial matters regarding Indonesia with them.
After their feast, Wang Ergou and his friends exited Sun Lang's shop and went their separate ways.
"Qi Ge, Qiang Ge, now that we’re full, should we find somewhere to hang out?" Wang Ergou asked meaningfully as they got into the car with the designated driver.
"Hang out? Ah! You pick the place; I’ll treat! Let’s have some fun tonight!" Sailfish readily agreed upon hearing Wang Ergou's invitation for round two.
"What activities can we do this late? Foot massages and karaoke? Or maybe just find a bar for some drinks?"
They had only known Wang Ergou for a few days; their options for round two were limited. The more extravagant activities were reserved for those who could afford them!
With Sailfish agreeing, Wang Ergou instructed the driver to set off. They headed north from Anhe Town, moving through increasingly remote areas until they entered a village.
As they looked out the window into the growing darkness outside, Sailfish and Mahi Mahi exchanged glances filled with unease. Where was Wang Ergou taking them? They had already passed Sanya College; heading further north meant they were entering the mountains!
A few minutes later, the car turned onto a small road, and they were truly heading into the mountains! Where was Wang Ergou taking them?
Quickly, I pulled out my phone to search for Wang Ergou. Surprisingly, I found some information about him, and the photos matched. I checked his company, and it hadn’t gone bankrupt; it was still operating normally. Surely, they wouldn’t take such risks for just the two of them!
Besides, they had already brought Chengdu back; there were no more clients, and Myanmar wasn’t accepting anyone anymore!
“Dog Brother, where are we headed?” I asked Wang Ergou. Mahi Mahi was contemplating whether to share her location with a friend in case of an emergency.
“We’ve arrived at Yi Shui Ku! I brought my special bait; tonight we’re going to catch some big fish!” Wang Ergou pointed ahead where two beams of light shone. Were those his accomplices?
However, when Wang Ergou mentioned Yi Shui Ku, both of them felt a bit more at ease. They knew about Yi Shui Ku, and as soon as Wang Ergou mentioned it, they realized this was indeed the place.
Wasn’t it just fishing? Did it have to be so mysterious in the middle of the night? It almost scared them to death! If someone didn’t know better, they might think they were up to something big!
Wang Ergou had already discussed with Shui Bi Zhang that tonight they would first take down the flag of Yi Shui Ku.
In recent days, Calmly’s group had put up quite a few flags, but there hadn’t been any significant catches. Therefore, taking down the flag wouldn’t be too difficult. Once the activity started and a crowd surged in, it could be done in just a couple of days.
The only formidable fish in this area was caught at Yi Shui Ku. As long as they took down that flag, everything else would be much simpler.
When the car arrived at Yi Shui Ku, Shui Bi Zhang and Lobster were already waiting there. Seeing familiar faces from earlier drinks eased their minds considerably!
