The Hand Rod is eighteen hundred, and the Iso Rod is thirty-six hundred. I casually mentioned the prices and then turned to stare at Old Zhang. Shi Tian smirked and said, “Uncle Zhang, you’re about to give up fishing; why are you still concerned about this? This Rod doesn’t even suit your status!”
“Of course it does! Just save me an Iso Rod! I’ll have Aunt Zhang come pick it up another day!” Old Zhang chuckled as he reeled in the Rod. This feasibility research report sounds great! It needs to be written thoroughly and specifically!
“Uncle Zhang, why are you collecting Rods? This is your last chance to fish; you should cherish it!” As Old Zhang slowly put away the Rod, Yu Hu took it and stuffed it into his own hands. Shi Tian asked with a smile.
“I’m going back to write the feasibility research report! How do I write this thing? Find me a sample; I’ll just follow that!” Old Zhang quickly urged as he handed his phone over to Shi Tian.
Opening the browser, Yu Hu found a template for Old Zhang. The few fish caught would count as Shi Tian’s labor fee!
Watching Old Zhang run into the shop holding his phone, Shi Tian shook his head slightly, hoping there wouldn’t be any accidents!
Pouring Yu Hu into the fish tank behind Kang Ziyu, both the Rod and Yu Hu were returned, marking another joyful day!
Strolling along the coast, that area was even livelier than this one. It was cold today, so swimming was out of the question. However, aside from jet skis and banana boats, many yachts were docked there, calling out to attract customers.
Everything in Sanya is expensive except for yachts. A couple of years ago, someone made money buying yachts, which made a lot of people envious and they all bought one too. However, in just three years’ time, there are now over a thousand of these small yachts!
Taking a yacht for a spin around Hai Li costs at least two or three thousand. But in recent years, prices have become more affordable—down to two or three hundred per person. Being able to go out on a yacht for two or three hours is quite appealing; unfortunately, they’re mostly small yachts around forty or fifty feet long, somewhat similar to Mini Air Forces.
Can this price make money? It should be able to earn something! But not much at all. With ten people on board for a trip charging only two or three thousand yuan total—even chartering a yacht has dropped below two thousand. Running three trips in one day wouldn’t even reach ten thousand yuan if every trip was full.
Yachts aren’t like fishing boats; each yacht costs millions to build. Maintenance and management fees add up—how can that not cost money? Each boat requires a captain and a crew member; considering the vacancy rate leads to high investment but low returns—there’s no fun in that!
However, these people have adapted; boarding from here means either heading to Great Eastern Sea or Yalong Bay—or even Sanya Bay. They’ve nearly turned these yachts into sea taxis! To survive, they’ve tried everything.
These yachts don’t go far; they cruise slowly for half an hour before anchoring several hundred meters offshore for two hours of fun—taking photos and flying drones—before slowly returning or docking at their target port.
It’s not that yachts can’t go far; many people are just first-time sailors who might get seasick if they venture too far. If they end up feeling unwell during their trip, that experience would be terrible!
“Want to take a spin on the sea? My treat!” Calmly approached from behind one of the yachts docked at the temporary Yacht Dock startled Shi Tian when he heard this.
"No way, what's the point of turning back? Isn't it better to just take a boat out to sea myself? I can go wherever I want," Shi Tian said, glancing back at Calmly before turning to walk away.
Following in Shi Tian's footsteps, Calmly smiled slightly and spoke up, "Xiao Tian, Sun Lang and the others are coming back today, right? They've been temporary assistants for two days without doing anything; it feels like such a waste!"
His temporary position was appointed by Sun Lang, and he had been busy with the Rock Fishing Tournament these past few days without achieving much. It would be fine if Sun Lang returned, but if Wang Ergou came back, he would definitely have to step down!
"What's up? Got any ideas?" Shi Tian stopped in his tracks and turned to stare at Calmly. Was he thinking about getting promoted?
As for promotion, that was beyond his control. The position of Ji Yang Xiang was too important; the old man probably had plans in place already!
"I want to organize a club activity and take the Ji Yang members eastward to stir things up at Ling Shui! Here," Calmly offered a cigarette, locking eyes with Shi Tian. As long as Shi Tian nodded, it would be done!
To go stir things up at Ling Shui—only Calmly could come up with such an idea!
How much use does Ling Shui have for Smart Rods and Fishing Buddies right now? Is this just picking on someone because they're weak? Is this a plan worth pursuing?
