Instead of talking more, it was better to demonstrate. Originally, Shi Tian wanted to volunteer himself, but remembering how Liu Lei had just said he was crying from hunger, Shi Tian decisively pulled him into the pit.

He had just checked on his phone and found that Shi Tian was indeed right about this.

As soon as they heard someone was willing to take the sting, Shi Tian and Liu Lei exchanged glances and decisively brought Junaige over.
"One sting for a thousand; it's settled!" Once the words were out, Shi Tian picked up the Mantis Shrimp from the ground and lightly brushed it across the back of Junaige's hand. It stung a bit and felt slightly itchy, but it didn't seem too bad—far less than what a chili pepper would do!
"Alright, it's done! Who's paying? Cash only!" He turned to look at the two of them, and Junaige gestured with three fingers.
Getting stung by a Mantis Shrimp without turning red or skipping a heartbeat—that was tough!
"I'll pay! Junaige, how does it feel? Are you sure you're okay? Do you need to go to the hospital?" Liu Lei asked with concern as he signaled Tall Guy to hand over a thousand cash right there.
Once the money was in hand, Junaige counted it under the sunlight and grinned. "It hurts a bit and feels itchy. Want to try again? This time I'll give you an 80% discount!"
Seeing Junaige act like nothing happened drove everyone in the booth crazy.
"Tough guy! I salute you with a Mantis Shrimp!"
"I checked; this jellyfish isn't lethal. If a thousand bucks were in front of me, I think I could handle one too!"
With that settled, Shi Tian quietly left. His Abo was nowhere to be seen; if he didn't hurry, all the fish would swim away!
He lifted his rod and felt something tugging. Luckily, there was still fish on the hook, and it wasn't small!
Seeing Shi Tian catch a fish, Li Ziyu reeled in his rod and stood up with his ping net ready at the side, just waiting for the fish to come up into the tank.
When he brought it up, it turned out to be about three pounds of Golden Drum Fish—another poisonous creature. The spines on its back were toxic; getting pricked by one would probably feel even worse than being stung by a Mantis Shrimp!
"Don't touch it, Xia Shou! The spines on this fish are poisonous." Seeing Li Ziyu pull the fish up, Shi Tian quickly intervened.
Wrapping the fish in a towel, he used multi-functional pliers to remove the hook. Li Ziyu held up the Ping Net and poured the fish into the tank.
"Tian Ge, should we inform the Cultural and Tourism Bureau about the Mantis Shrimp situation?" After placing the Ping Net down, Li Ziyu turned to Shi Tian and asked.
Mantis Shrimp often appear in groups; they don't swim but drift around, propelled by their own shells. If one is spotted here, there are likely others nearby. This is something we need to take seriously.
"No need," Shi Tian replied. "Calmly just checked and has already informed the Cultural and Tourism Bureau."
"There are basically no such creatures around Sanya. Even if encountered, it's rare. They tend to be found in Australia or occasionally around Xisha. This one might have drifted over from Xisha."
After explaining to Li Ziyu and glancing at the time, Shi Tian noted that they could sell fish after another hour of fishing!
Seeing Junaige approaching with a rod, Shi Tian waved to him, reminding him to scrape any wounds with a knife at the shop. Jellyfish have tiny stingers on their tentacles; some may remain on the skin after being stung. Scraping them off with soap will help alleviate some of the pain later.
"Wow! I caught another fish! Tian Ge, you need to step it up!" Li Ziyu exclaimed proudly as a large Yellowfin Snapper came up.
Using Black Bream Bait, Li Ziyu was fishing much more efficiently than Shi Tian. Despite using just a small rod, Li Ziyu had become quite the fisherman.
Li Ziyu had learned to fish from Pingtou Ge but hadn't really gotten into it until now since the Beginner Protection Period had finally passed. Today alone, he had caught over ten snapper and was hooked—quite literally!
"I'm not stepping it up anymore; I'm going to lay back and enjoy life! From now on, I'll be responsible for looking beautiful while you earn money for the family!" Helping Li Ziyu pull up another fish, Shi Tian borrowed and modified a line from Li San Duo.
"I have no problem earning money for the family, but you can skip being beautiful! Being too handsome makes me worry!"
"Jiu Yue and Shi Yi will be back today; you should tone down your charm! Otherwise, I'll have to keep an eye out for them trying to steal you away!"
As he attached Plastic Particles and cast his line again, Li Ziyu leaned closer to Shi Tian's ear and whispered, "Be careful of fire, theft, and your best friend. They’ll be outsiders from now on!"
