Yu Jing was dragged to the shore by Shi Tian. Bai Piao Ge helped scoop up a six-pound Sesame Grouper, which landed perfectly in the net! This fish was quite remarkable; it had a unique ability to change sex without needing to go to Thailand. In this area, if there were too many males and they couldn't find a mate, they would turn into females. Conversely, if there were too many females, the males would become prized catches, and upon waking up, they might find themselves male again.
It seemed that when these fish were looking for mates, they had to discuss things first—deciding who would earn a living and who would take care of the kids. Once that was settled, their marriage arrangements were practically done!
The Sesame Grouper was considered a high-end delicacy, suitable for entertaining Li Ziyu's friends. With this fish in hand, it felt like a satisfactory offering. As for other seafood, Li Ziyu could take her out to a restaurant where they could enjoy whatever they desired.

As soon as Shi Tian finished speaking, the aunt was taken aback. "You can tell fortunes? You know I have troubles in my heart?"
Shi Tian shot her an exasperated glance. He attached a Live Shrimp to his hook and cast his line into the water. The tide would soon recede; once it did, there would be no fish left in the lake. He needed to catch a couple more quickly; otherwise, he wouldn't be able to justify bringing those twenty shrimp with him!
Why would he follow a group of aunties to fish? Even if they treated fishing as a form of entertainment, it didn't make sense to bring along an expert! Experts don’t come cheap; guiding them would cost at least three to five hundred!
"I can't tell fortunes; my master didn't teach me that." He shook his head in denial and took a couple of steps away from the aunt. It was better to keep some distance for harmony's sake!
Upon hearing that Shi Tian had a master, the aunt's eyes lit up. It's rare for someone to mention their master; anyone with one must have some skills—much more reliable than the street vendors!
Shi Tian took two steps forward, and the aunt followed suit, startling him enough that he quickly adjusted his hat so only his eyes were visible!
This damn good looks could charm anyone! If he had known better, he wouldn't have said anything!
Listening to the aunt ramble on about her tragic experiences, Shi Tian felt little sympathy. Master Lu had once said that people's joys and sorrows are not connected; he only found them noisy. At that moment, Shi Tian felt somewhat amused!
It wasn't that the aunt was just complaining without reason; her daughter was getting older and had learned about being unmarried online. Approaching thirty without finding a partner had left the aunt deeply worried.
The aunt was local and owned property; she wasn't short on money—otherwise, she wouldn't have spent over a hundred dollars on a fish just to throw it into Hai Li.

"Sister," he said gently, "take your daughter out more often when you have time. If she doesn’t have high expectations for her career, then spending time by the sea might be good for her. There are plenty of single people fishing around here—those without anyone at home tend to have more freedom!"
Spending all day by the sea fishing is not the way to go; that’s just a waste of time. They rush to the beach right after work and stay until dark, but they always head home by nine o'clock, probably because they have to get up for work the next day.
This auntie, Shi Tian, was not going to let him go. She had latched onto him, treating him like a master. There was no choice; Shi Tian had to come up with a way to make her let him go. He needed to escape this place quickly; he wouldn’t dare come back to Liudao Bay for fishing anytime soon!
In Shi Tian's view, marrying a fisherman wasn’t such a bad idea. At least there would always be fish at home. Of course, there were also Air Force guys around, and quite a few of them. However, anyone who could get lost in fishing surely wouldn’t be too impatient; you can’t catch fish if you’re too hasty.
Fishermen only have eyes for fish, so there’s no need to worry about them getting distracted. All the money in their pockets goes toward buying fishing gear, so they can’t afford to waste time on anything else!
Shi Tian didn’t really expect this auntie to find her daughter a fisherman for a son-in-law; right now, he just wanted to get away. As long as he could escape, he hoped to forget about this place entirely!
