The Fishing Army has gained a few more members, and there are even people specifically recording videos to supervise. With one cast of the line, this lake is no longer fishable, so it’s time to move to another one! After all, it’s just a short walk away!
No baiting, no throwing feed! Instead, we’ll slowly lower the bait to gather more accurate data! Glancing at Shi Tianyi, Electric Car Guy issued a warning and began the second round of experiments!
Do we really need to bait and throw feed in this lake? As soon as someone stands by the shore, the fish swim over on their own, waiting to be fed! Lines go down one by one, and fish come up in succession. With a serious expression, they pulled out notebooks to mark their findings before tossing in more bait!
Everyone, make sure to keep records! We’ll need them for comparison later! Fish can distinguish colors; what color clothes you wear can attract them more effectively. We’ll be able to compile that data soon!
After a few minutes, Shi Tian quietly pulled a plastic particle from his pocket and hooked it onto his line. He wanted to test whether the color attracted fish more than regular bait!
After switching out a few plastic particles for some fish, Electric Car Guy was silenced once again! Frustrated, he shot a glance at Shi Tianyi and leaned closer to him, extending his hand.
“Give me some of those plastic particles; I want to try too!” Having been shut down by Shi Tian twice already, Electric Car Guy wasn’t foolish; he knew there was something special about the plastic particles in Shi Tian’s pocket.
After rummaging through his pocket, Shi Tian took out all the remaining plastic particles and stuffed them into Electric Car Guy’s hand. With a slight smile, he announced loudly, “Tomorrow morning at 5:30 AM, there’s a fishing competition by the river east of the school. The waters there are more natural, so the data we gather should be more accurate. We can go there to compile our findings. I heard participation is free and there are prizes!”
When it comes to fishing, we’re professionals. We could form a team and show those fishermen what our Marine College is capable of!
Having finished his announcement, Shi Tian decisively left. He had already fished in both lakes at Marine College; there was no point in staying here any longer. With such bright sunlight outside, wouldn’t it be better to head back to the shop and enjoy some air conditioning? Why suffer here?
Taking advantage of Electric Car Guy catching fish, Shi Tian quietly retreated and made his escape from Marine College!
Since he came all the way to the city, he couldn’t go back empty-handed! He opened the map and searched for Flower Bird Market, then navigated there to buy a few rabbits first!
Originally, Shi Tian had planned to buy sheep; however, since Flower Bird Market didn’t have any, he settled for rabbits instead! He wasn’t sure if that would unlock the Muzi Menu!
Pasturing is what it’s all about! If grazing sheep is fine, then pasturing rabbits shouldn’t be much of an issue either! At worst, when he got back home, he could tie a rope around them and let them roam on the lawn in his yard. If they didn’t eat grass, he could let them go hungry for two days; he didn’t believe they wouldn’t speak up!
Instead of heading straight home, Shi Tian went to the shop.
As for the Bait Contest, Shi Tian had decided not to handle it personally; it was too time-consuming!
“Sun Lang,” he said as he entered the shop. “You can host the Bait Contest tomorrow and the day after! I’ll take care of the shop!” Upon seeing Sun Lang putting on headphones, Shi Tian quickly spoke up.
He didn’t need the Wheel for now; he wasn’t planning on going out to sea anytime soon anyway. With new gameplay options available now, he didn’t even want to deal with the Bait Contest anymore. However, with his points deficit so high, he needed to repay that loan first!
Upon hearing that it wasn’t about the Wheel anymore, Sun Lang felt relieved!
Having taken Shi Tian’s Wheel earlier, he believed that Shi Tian would surely find another way to get one. As for money—whether it was more or less didn’t matter; he could always pay Shi Tian back later!
“I guarantee you’ll get everything sorted out!” Sun Lang patted his chest and promised eagerly. He hoped that Shi Tian would hurry up and not remind him about the Wheel again!
Under Sun Lang's urging, and fearing the rabbits in the car might suffocate, Shi Tian took a leisurely stroll around the store before returning to the villa.
He set the cage down and released several rabbits onto the backyard lawn, quickly pulling out his phone to check Rogue Software. The Muzi Menu lit up, and the words "Body Strengthening" flashed before a Gong Zi appeared in the center.
Five menus were displayed: Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Fishery, and Industry. It looked much more pleasant this way, although that Gong Zi was still gray. At least it felt more coordinated! However, it was awkward that all four menus were lit up except for this one in the middle.
He reached out and tapped on it; four bars appeared, each showing a value of ten thousand. Although he had depleted the Points in the Fishing Menu, that bar was maxed out. Clearly, the other menus needed to accumulate a Wan Ji points as well! The Nong Zi Menu had plenty of Points, but both Lin and Mu were still at zero! He needed to come up with some ideas!
Not just for what these menus could produce but also to make it look less awkward; he had to pay attention to this matter. Otherwise, he would feel off all over! The Gongzi Menu couldn't be opened for now, so he decided to check the Muzi Menu first. There was a syringe there; it must be for administering vaccines!
This wasn't high-tech; even a Large Breeding Farm had them. The price wasn't steep either, ranging from dozens to hundreds. Administering vaccines was indeed efficient; with just one bottle inserted into the syringe, he could vaccinate dozens of chickens in a minute.
Seeing this eased Shi Tian's mind; earning Points was feasible. He could deliver vaccines to several large chicken and duck farms, and accumulating a Wan Ji points would only take a month or two!
Putting his phone away, he glanced at the rabbits lying on the ground and pondered whether to make them spicy or braised. Actually, spicy would be nice too!
"What are you doing?" Hearing movement from the elevator but not seeing Shi Tian go upstairs, Yun Wan'er curiously ran down to check and caught Shi Tian daydreaming in the backyard.
He had bought a few rabbits and was contemplating whether to make them spicy or fragrant! Pointing at the ground, Shi Tian muttered absentmindedly.
"You're wasting time all day! What about your doghouse? Hurry up and clean it!" After scolding Shi Tian, Yun Wan'er stepped forward and tugged on two rabbit ears, causing all four little rabbits to kick their legs.
These rabbits were too small to eat; better to raise them for now! They could eat them once they grew bigger! Gently placing the rabbits back on the ground, Yun Wan'er turned and headed to the kitchen to find some carrots.
Shaking his head and ignoring Yun Wan'er, Shi Tian thought she could take care of them! When those rabbits dug holes all over the lawn, he'd like to see if she still wanted to keep them!
